I've tagged the user connected here but if you traded with another user then please let me know.
Also please create a flag on the profile to warn others properly about the user.

Most of these account sellers are scammers. If you want to buy an account from them, you must use escrow. The way you deal with it is by not a safe way. There are many like you who fall victim to scams only because of such transactions. You may have experienced from here that transactions outside the forum are never secure.
