The website is not live. If I remember correctly, the website offered a game like Keno right. But, you should provide some proofs to support your statement. Complaining a website without any proof from a newbie account is not the right way to do it.

A lot of people are quick to condemn the site but not focusing on some salient issues as follows

1. An individual opened a fresh account to make a complain about a certain site only. If my money is hanging somewhere, I don't think opening an account is the first thing I want to do.

2. Since yesterday he made the post, there have been request that he should post the evidence to support his claim and after a new day, nothing has been heard from him on that.

3. He had the time to search for the thread of the site but didn't think the best way to get response on claims is posting on the ANN thread as that is expected to be monitored by the community rep but he chose to create a new thread for his complaints.

While I am not trying to exonerate the gambling sites, some basic things are not adding up in other to give credibility to this claim of Op.

Well, I assumed he came online to complain because he though the pressure would help move his case quickly. And guess what? I was right, he finally came and posted his proof of conversation, and you can see the admin actually uses a Gmail email (!what?!) and then takes the site down later.

Some people also suggest opening an account and asking on Twitter/FB/bitcointalk for support to move faster on exchanges and on casinos, so I see nothing wrong with newbie accounts coming to post a complaint. But you are right on the last point. He should have made his complaint in the official thread AND left a red trust on the 36eyes profile https://bitcointalksearch.org/user/36eyescom-2074144

He has even been online 2 days ago.

I regularly visits the gambling section of this forum to try out new casinos. While browsing through 2 days ago I came across a new gambling site call 36eyes.com. Their site looked interesting so decided to deposit and try

This is their original thread : https://bitcointalksearch.org/topic/36eyescom-this-is-a-new-chance-to-gamble-with-btc-3428495

On the website they mentioned they have over 100 BTC as bankroll. But guess what ? They dont even have 0.05 BTC to pay me. I have been waiting for my cashout for over 3 days now. Support email doesnt reply

DO NOT DEPOSIT on this site or your coins will just be stolen

May they just have a deposit bond where in you need to at least win multiple times and have a total winnings amounting to so that you can withdraw for your cash out. I don't accuse directly some gambling sites because they have their own rules and that should be followed, unless you have your proof on their bad doings.

. They did not even have a terms & agreement page . I have checked all their pages and there was no such rollover requirements. Too bad the admin has taken the website down otherwise you could've seen it yourself. Yes i was stupid to deposit in this casino and what i really fell for was their claim of having 100 BTC bankroll and i thought WOW they must be big and so i fell .

Hello Everyone ! I Understand some of you want evidence to believe what i am saying but at the time of the post their website did not have a registration process. I was playing as a guest and upon requesting a withdrawal there was no evidence of this withdrawal request besides just a message popping up saying " Withdrawal Request Sent'.

Only thing i have as a proof is the recent conversation between me and the casino admin. I have uploaded all the email as a pdf via the link below

https://docdro.id/VkdiB0J

Note: Since this post the casino admin has taken the website down . Until now i still have not received any refunds or pay out or a reply

This is all i can give you

Yes i have registered a new account to post about this and so you might find this doubtful . I did this because i felt cheated and ignored . And so to get whatever revenge i can get i could only warn other users from depositing in this casino.

I believe the OP accusation is not valid because he ought to have provide the evidence of the whole scenarios by now cause he was online today. However, he created this thread acouple of minutes after he registered the account which mean he has some hidden agenda which we are yet to understand.

Any proofs? If you do have then this isnt really the appropriate board to post out your issue which theres an scam accusations board.I have seen this gambling site but this is the first time i do saw
a complaint. Saying up issues without valid proofs arent  considered.

At the first time I tested their site, I do think that it has something weird but still I can't point that out so I get away from their site and suddenly after some time they bring their thread back to active again and get good response from everyone and even get all players payout so what did you do before until they have not let you get your withdrawal? Any proof will do to make this straight

I'm really against your idea of trying out every crap posted in this section. It takes 2 hours to get a scammy gambling site up and running. Most of the times, it's the same threads that pop here every day. Maybe you should do more research and figure out if it's worth blindly trusting them with the monies.

Everyone and anyone can claim to have funds in their bankroll. But not many casinos actually post the proof of this. We all use Bitcoin, and if the casinos claim they use and support Bitcoin, then providing proof of funds on cold storage wallet is a matter of 5 minutes. Show a signed message from the wallet, make it public, and there are no more doubts.

Anyone can see if funds are moved from the wallet too, so that's one way to build assurance.

Of course it doesn't mean the casino won't just decide to exit scam one day, but that's the risk we all take with exchanges and casinos.

It is better to post all proofs you have such as your deposit transaction ID, screenshot of your account and the withdrawal request then move this thread to the Scam Accusation board. Once you done it and if the proofs are valid enough then DT members will give red trust to the site's representative. Sorry to hear what you have just experienced, but thanks for sharing it with the community.

panjul07 it has all the reason you must place the greater tests that you can since it is not going to be taken with much attention by the users.
