Banning and withholding someones funds for market manipulation is way to vague especially when he has formed a skill in trading on the site. I do understand Rollbit was not made to be a trading site but it is very clearly advertised as a x1000 trading platform. Nevertheless this needs a better explanation as to why the user was removed from the site especially after the KYC. I do see this as a shady practice to collect OPs info and be added to some sort of blacklist?

Mind sharing the whole chain of conversation without snipping parts of it. The evidence you provided seems incomplete because support often explain how you abused their system while of course, you will ask for a better explanation which is not available on your screenshot.
I don’t know exactly how the trading on Rollbit can be abused unless they have a promotion in there that will give rewards per trade while you are using multiple account to buy and sell your own order just tomclaim the rewards without losing any money on the trade. Mind sharing the whole chain of conversation without snipping parts of it. The evidence you provided seems incomplete because support often explain how you abused their system while of course, you will ask for a better explanation which is not available on your screenshot.
I don’t know exactly how the trading on Rollbit can be abused unless they have a promotion in there that will give rewards per trade while you are using multiple account to buy and sell your own order just tomclaim the rewards without losing any money on the trade. What is the reason they gave you to ban your account? I can see in one of your screenshots that they asked you to fulfil KYC: did you do it? There is no proof there that you didn't abuse their terms or your KYC was valid, and your explanation on the case is very short.
Of course, 20k is an important sum of money and you must feel really angry, but to accuse a well known casino here you should provide more evidence. I hope it will be solved, but if the ban was permanent it doesn't look good.
