They could be the same owners with another take at a previously failed project. Or they simply re-registered a previously expired domain.

I just tried to access https://www.degenerateplatform.com/ but switched to SBXtoken why this can happen if they are the same but I see on the whois the age of the website https://www.degenerateplatform.com/ is deeper than SBXtoken .

What happened: SBXtoken.io [SBX] is yet another fake project with completely plagiarized whitepaper from, now defunct, Degenerate [DGN] project.
