It seems OP is ok with his loss he did not bother to come back here to tell us why did he choose this exchange and did he trade on other exchanges that are more popular and stable is it because of the bonus and what are the bonus and features that made him attracted to trade on this exchange, the rule is always been to trade on a more popular exchange with so many new exchanges coming up and going down there's risk attached to the new exchange, I will not even trade on the new exchange until they have established their reputation in the industry.

Another thing that i note is that people who are reading this thread tend to open the scam site to see its design or anything which they seem suspicious, which we should avoid. If a site is a scam, there can be malicious software/malware that can be downloaded on our system.

Crypto exchange websites are usually scams and I trust none of them unless any friend of mine tells me that he is using a crypto exchange site and is satisfied with their service.

SCAM Website: https://crypto7change.com/

Hello, guys!

This fake website offer you exchange bitcoin to Perfect Money or Skrill at high rate. But they never send you any money. I lost 400$ on this site. Hope you will be in safe now, after i post this info on bitcointalk. CHINA SCAMMERS!

Good luck!
This is a new exchange platform launched only 35 days ago, I would never advise anyone to exchange their currencies on new and unknown exchange platforms, it seems from the exaggerated positive customer reviews about this new exchange HERE that it is fake reviews written by the creator of the exchange platform to deceive people, Also, there are a lot of new exchange platforms that have recently appeared in the crypto market, so be careful and you have to deal with well-known and popular top exchange platforms to ensure the safety of your money.

Considering that OP mentioned China, he/she is probably a Chinese national and because of the rules and regulations, their options are pretty limited.

It's hard to guess who he is, his username is very American or English man @seanthomson123, if he is Chinese and he is from China then he can easily report that to authority if he is really sure that its location is from China, I thought we all learned from the past, that when it comes to exchanges only those who have proven their track record should be on everyone's list, what can we expect from this new exchange, all they can offer are promises.

OP you should post evidence of your transaction. I dont want to doubt your word. But a scam report with evidence will have more weight. Post their address that received your transfer and a scan of it. Also any communication you had with them. Hide any personal or security sensitive information. Reporting a scam is useful for the community if done properly.

Sorry to hear that, but you should've paid more attention to its review section [a lot of them were prior to its creation date (e.g. here's one)]!

Maybe the OP didn't know that all forms of crypto services have been discontinued in the country,
Legally, yes but there are still some underground operations for all kinds of crypto-related services in there and I'm going to lean towards the idea that OP thought he/she finally found a platform as a workaround.

The funny part, their page footer says they are headquartered in Beijing.
Quote from: crypto7change.com
Co., Ltd. Beijing Office Address: No. 618,
Gaofang Building, No. 27, North Third Ring
Middle Road, Beijing +861540671881

Maybe the OP didn't know that all forms of crypto services have been discontinued in the country, so this kind of exchange is unlikely to remain operational. Sorry for your loss, you should stop using China based crypto services. They are all definitely fake.

Yes stop using China-based crypto services but more importantly start learning how to pick the right exchange to trade, there's a big risk trading on a newly launched exchange unless you know it very well the exchange and it's operating from the same country where you are located but for a new one and its thousands of miles away, you cannot even verify if the address and information are real, not doing research will get you scam when it only takes a few minutes to do that.

The way the exchange's website is designed and the choice of the domain name are too indicators that are enough for me to avoid the so-called exchange

Why don't you use the exchanger monitor bestchange? They do have some fairly good exchanges in there

The question is how did you find this exchange, did you know someone recommend you here, how did you end on this site and what is the logic that you are going to use a new exchange without enough information or reviews checking the date when it was launched and it's only over a month

Are we lacking of good exchanges that you're using a new exchange that has not proven its reputation in the market, you need to post all the evidence like screenshots of your transactions to make your accusation legit.
