Do you think, does % Scams depend on the bonus manager?
If you remember, write projects that were accused of being SCAM, and after ICO were successful projects?
What do you mean? I can try to tell you the project that being accused as a scam project just like impressio. it has been offering a very big bonus to the investors. But i don't know what you mean about the bonus manager and you shall give the more explanation about that.
I noticed that many projects at the first stage of their campaign are accused of SCAM, and then they are successful!
There are bounty managers who have a good reputation, and all the projects that they lead are more or less successful, and there are BMs for almost all SCAM projects...

Bounty managers who value their rating will not advertise the ICO, which is even a bit like SCAM. Choose bounty managers more carefully.

there are real project handled by many high ranking bounty manager but the problem is that the project they handle unfortunate didn't achieved their soft cap therefore there are no payment also because the ICO token will become useless even they will distribute it.
Some manager will be given red mark from angry bounty hunter and that's the start of their fall, in my perspective.

Not really. But reputed bounty managers are much aware than novice to deny participating in a project that seems to be plain scam.
Reputed bounty managers would look for better payments which a scam want to do in as low cost as possible.
But that's not the case always, we've seen someone like aTriz a one time popular bounty manager be destroyed by scam bounties.
I noticed that a lot of BM are involved in frank SCAM projects, need to do something about it, because cant advertise frank shits.
