NEVER accept electronic PINS.

Always ask to PSC Owner a PICTURE of the PSC. It MUST BE ISSUED BY A RETAILER/STORE

PSC seller's account (the guy who take the pin and credit itself on his psc account) MUST match with the country in which PSC PIN has been issued.

What is going on in this thread?  Too many barefoot,  dirt-road noobs spreading manure all about.   I don't understand who's who.
I know what you mean, this started out as a simple scam accusation thread but it has now turned out to be nothing but a name calling thread with members that seem to have nothing to do with the accusation at hand.

Motha fucka, check the link.. Ofc scammera wouldnt bother replying once they received the money.

Your paid post is annoying

I think your post is not appropriate. I explain what could happen with PSC. Probably you have never use paysafecard.

Have you contacted Paysafecard to make a chargeback if that is possible?
I have not heard of this payment method before.

Edit: could you post all the chat logs, what you have showed us is not the full conversation.
Where did this deal take place and where was it originally setup?
