That's what OP forwarded me to the Telegram. Most probably he isn't aware of how to post images and he doesn't have enough activity to do so. I am posting on behalf of OP, not sure if this is real or fake. But recently a few scam accusation popped up against the coin deal.

@OP, have you replied to their email? According to them, there was a technical issue as they said in the mail. Did you try to withdraw again? Or still balance is ZERO?

I think you not only lost that money, but they will try to use that bill to verify an account on one of the platforms and then use it for scamming.
Please do not send any personal data to any online platform, unless it is reliable, has been operating for several years, has a low profile of account closures, has headquarters and legal data.
Otherwise, you will not only put your money at risk, but your data that could lead the police to your door.
I guess you don’t know CoinDeal was (not sure if still they are) an official partner of Premier League Club Wolverhampton (Wolves). They were the first to have an cryptocurrency exchange sponsor. I believe they are reliable enough from your definition of reliable. Not sure what's wrong with OP but they are operating business legally for quite good time.

They still have trading volume, and with their ETH/BTC pair, it has about $29M 24-h trading volume. But other trading pairs, they are almost nonexistent. Don't know if it is real or not. But the OP should have checked first the feedback before sending that amount of btc. Not small in this time of crisis. Maybe, there's some promo or bonus why he was tempted sending that amount to this exchange.
Obviously the figures are fake. Scam exchanges inflate their trading volume figures every time

I think they will never answer my tiket they removed my balance and dont answer anymore they fucked me good hope i find someone of them he will pay i will not fogot this even is its Pass 30 years
It's a sad incident, but it should be a huge lesson to you. Stick with popular and reputable exchanges. If you are not sure about the exchange. Ask the community. You will get appropriate answers and no one will bash you for seeking knowledge.

How do you end up sending money to such dead exchanges like there are no much better exchanges available?

I checked trust pilot and their ratings are poor. Except for the recent last 3 fake feedbacks, which were probably posted by someone attempting to promote their scam funds recovery service. The rest of them are genuinely negative and are from unhappy customers.

We can not take any action unless you add more details as Pmalek mention above. I am not sure if I heard about this exchange before nor I have been using it. I don't know why you guys use is this kind of exchange where more reputed exchanges exist on the market.  After getting a scam just come on the forum to create an allegation. But keep in mind, we can not help always to recover the fund if they don't care about reputation same like 1xbit. Because a few platforms don't care about their reputation even getting a tag. Anyway,  please make a proper report so we can take a deep look if we can help you with anything.

You have to create a proper scam accusation if you expect any actions to be taken against the alleged scammer. That's not the way to do it.
Post all the proof you have that shows you were scammed. Screenshots, private conversations, PMs, emails, whatever you can gather.

Check the pinned thread and follow the scam report format if that's easier for you.
