Terminated.
If you factor in the small amount that he is willing to scam with a Hero Member account (which is irrational as you could earn a lot more with it by being honest) + the posting gap in his account, then I'd likely conclude that it is either sold or hacked.

A very big amount of accounts have been getting hacked and Bitcointalk staff has been doing nothing about it. Users need to stop relying on user ranks and start looking for people who are active and have a verifiable history of trades or use escrow.

They probably won't lock his account because let alone mods are too busy for this stuff, there isn't any proof unless the Original owner shows up with proofs. (most likely a btc address belong to a signed message)
Even if he/she does, I'm not removing my negative feedback.

+1 to the OP for being able to lay out a the thread in the proper format. Even the title is very well styled.

They should disable that account for now .-.

You should have detected the free hint from his forum name, "erdogan".

Even if he was flashing green all over his account, i would have chosen to ignore him and whatever he said.

Sorry to hear you got scammed, but you weren't the only one.

Looks like I got scammed by Erdogan for $15 BTC.  I was suppose to receive an AWS account, but no reply since payment was made 8 hours ago.

I'm the one that sent 0.01005 BTC to that same address, which he moved to another wallet.

Thanks for posting this.

EDIT:
After going back and looking at Erdogan's posting history, it looks like an obvious hacked account.

There was about a year and a half of inactivity and you can see a drastic difference in the posts.

The user even posted this shortly before the inactivity:

I want to abandon bitcointalk, but it is difficult if everybody is spread thin all over internet. So where to?

So note to everyone, watch out for hacked hero accounts.

Oh that sucks :/

They won't do that,  because that's flimsy evidence of a hacked account, or even a sold account, and they don't ban scammers anyhow.   But you two are absolutely right,  watch out for shit like this.  And listen to the people who tell you to use escrow, because NO ONE on this forum should be trusted based on rank alone.  This idiot didn't even have positive trust.   It could very well be a hacked or purchased account.

What happened:: I was buying $30 amazon giftcard from Erdogan for $21 btc and i decided to go first since he was a hero member. But as soon as i sent him money he stopped replying even coming online every once in a while. After a whole bunch of messages he finally replied saying he'll send me the agc in 4 hours or he can refund me, i decided to wait a bit then ask for a refund but as soon as i asked for a refund he transfered all the money from his bitcoin wallet to another wallet and still continues to ignore me.

PM/Chat Logs:

Notice how quickly he replied before i sent him money vs after

Additional Notes: He did see all my messages, i can see the "Last Active" on his profile, he was coming online quite often but chose to ignore my messages.

Here is his wallet that i sent the money to: https://blockchain.info/address/19sS8F51AbEGQKBs863xLbTZ6SADoA1Pjq
He withdrew the money right after i told him to refund me

I sent him a link to this thread when i started it and he has come online many times since then but he still ignores this
