It is really nice to see that fortunejack is responding the query of the users very soon. but it is sad that they have stopped poker table which is what i use to play on their site.

This isn't a query, this is a scam accusation. The only reason for which they are swift to answer when one is raised is that they fear potential negative ratings from DT members.

Scam accusation , which was not even properly reported.
Jack does not fear negative rating, our team is swift when it comes to our valued players. Some are patient, some just - not, it is not something to fear of.
Technical issue with ETH should already be resolved.

Hope you are doing well today.

My name is Natalie and I am the current community manager for FortuneJack casino here at Btalk.
I am very sorry to hear about your recent experience with a withdrawal, but I want to inform you, that there is a small technical issue which we are currently working on.
We do understand the reason of your confusion, because transactions, including withdrawals, are indeed confirmed from our end, but does not show up when contacting Etherscan.
They have recently restarted their server, as we have requested which almost fixed the mentioned issue, but up to 15 withdrawals are still not confirmed from both ends.
We do take responsibility along with Etherscan, but what I want to clarify is, that this is not a scam nor this is a try to scam our valued players, technical issue is coming from in-between and we are working hard to resolve it for you.
What will happen next is - We will allow few more hours to see if the transactions will go through after resetting the server (to avoid double payouts). If it won't work, the winnings will be credited to the mentioned amount of accounts manually from our end.
Rest assured, I will personally make sure to keep an eye on this case and get it resolved as soon as possible.

I deposited via ETH on July 11th to Fortune Jack. I also made a withdrawal the same day via ETH. As of today I have NOT gotten paid. The withdrawal is lost while Fortune Jack claims it was sent. I have written several times to Etherscan who has assured me that nothing was sent or is available on their block chain. FJ continues to do nothing and point their finger at Etherscan. While Etherscan keeps telling me to go back to FJ and have them to resubmit it. As of now ETH has lossed over $60 a coin since I cashed out. The bottom line I have not gotten paid and their support is totally useless and clueless. Their response is, "it was sent and its out of our hands." I explained that if a check was mailed to someone and it got lost in the mail. Then another check should be issued. At this point not only should FJ pay me what is owed. They should also make up for the decrease in price from which I withdrew. Everyone seems to brag about how great FJ is but from my experience this is enough to not ever deposit with them again. This company is poorly ran with an uncaring attitude.
