Sorry for the hassles. We have tried using outsourced support and moving it back in-house. Please email [email protected] with your details and mark it for my attention and I will have it resolved.

who is the contact for gyft?
i used some points towards a $25 gift card, the total came to $16, but then got directed to coinbase. The total btc amount translates to $25.
That means, no points got applied. contacted gyft and they said they only received $16, but coinbase clearly shows $25. Contacted coinbase and confirmed 25 was sent. the support person at gyft says they cannot contact coinbase to verify the amount. wtf? you accept payments from coinbase, but cannot contact them?
