Junior scammed by junior i mean even if his account get's tagged it won't affect him at all after all he is a new member.
The fact i don't understand is on what basis did you even decide to send him the funds first through a messenger without using a escrow seeing the fact he doesn't really have any sort of reputation please use escrow otherwise regret later.

I really dont understand why he should still trust him if he had done his own research because a quick look at his account shows he has been tagged since August only if the fraud took place before then and even at that, a further use of an escrow would have solved all this and I hope the amount involved is not much because there is no way to really recover it from him but evidence for the scamming should be provided as well.

Hello, I was scammed by mofo1989.

he was giving me PaySafeCards at a discount. I was a fool to not use an escrow.

He remains offline on Skype now. DO NOT TRUST HIM.

Use the appropriate scam report format: https://bitcointalksearch.org/topic/scam-report-format-use-it-to-make-scam-reports-properly-260073

If anyone is dealing with you with an unreasonable amount of discount you should stop and consider why they are doing so - there are no free lunches in this world.

I assume that you communicated with him via Skype. Scammers love Skype, because they can create many skype accounts and block all communications with you as soon as they get what they want from you. Next time, always keep communication on bitcointalk and use escrow. Take this as a lesson.

BTW this is the person: https://bitcointalksearch.org/user/mofo1989-910562

Can you provide some evidence/proofs that he scammed you? That will make the process way easier.Default trust members will ask you to do this before tagging his account anyways.
He has a junior account, you should have thought of using escrow with non-established accounts.
This is a lesson to you, always use escrow.
Sorry for your loss if it's the case and good luck  Smiley
