Withdraw declined, asked for 3 levels of KYC, after completing I'm then told to rollover my balance on casino.
How can they complete your KYC if your country is included in restricted regions? Complete wild west shit show. Grin

Usually, it's to confirm the residency, in case that the player use an IP masking tools. Let's say that's another layer to be sure that the player indeed breached location ToS, as well as to put face to names, in case the abuser created another account.

[...]
As for accessing from a restricted jurisdiction, I actually did not see their terms where they didn't allow UK players.
I asked on live support before deposit if I was allowed to play sportsbook from the UK and they said yes, but on the casino side many providers would be unavailable.

OP, do you happen to have a screenshot of this conversation?

How can they conclude that they allow residents of the UK to play? Their Terms and Conditions clearly state that residents of the United Kingdom should not use their services, as it is one of the restricted countries. Take a look at 4.1.3.

I haven't played on this casino myself, but it's clear that you violated their ToS, as you should have read these policies and rules even before registering an account on this casino. It's obvious that their representative on the forum is inactive, so I don't see any option other than trying to contact them through LiveChat, but I don't think it will be of much help because you're clearly at fault.

For starters, why do you play on a casino that does not allow players from your Jurisdiction/
...
OP is definitely at fault for accessing the casino ftom a restricted jurisdiction.
But he is not complaining about that as the casino didn’t ban his account or anything like that, at least not yet.
His problem is voiding his bets, changing the odds, limiting his account, asking him to complete the wager requirement...

Am sure even if he comply with all their requirements, they will not let him withdraw his winnings because he is from a restricted country.
So, his complaint is not completely unjustified but he is unlikely to reach a resolution.
I ended up just completing when they said as I've been down this scam road before and was my best chance of getting anything out.
Unfortunately instead of the $54 expected EV loss from blackjack I lost like $1600 lol, but that is how it goes.

I think we can't help you much. First of all, they aren't active here, and the second thing is that you have broken their terms and conditions. From the screenshot, we can see your winning bets cancelled. So ultimately you lost on their platform. Why don't you make sure that they don't allow you to play on their platform? It was your responsibility, and choosing a poor gambling site is another wrong decision. I can't see any other solutions except contacting their support.

I would not blame them, for not processing your withdrawal request. Always play with casino than do no ban residents from your jurisdiction, otherwise I don't even see the point of this scam accusation. It's as though you are boosting about being from a banned country but managed to play in this particular casino.

I don't... understand?

This is what you said earlier, by the opening post of the thread,
[...] it's also not legal for them to make someone from the UK play on their casino providers [...]

It is not edited, so the content of the post is what it is. You didn't add extra info about UK being restricted country after reading posts here. So you're fully aware that you're not allowed to play as UK resident, yet on the next post,

I am limited on every site that the uk allows to play, so when a new one pops up I try it out

why and which one is it? You tried the site when it popped up although you're fully aware that it doesn't allow UK resident? Though your purpose and the reason you try the lesser-known casino is because you have to play what's made available in your country?

You can try to send a PM to their rep rainbet although I doubt you get a response. They haven't been online in over 2 months. They are not a very big casino either, why did you choose to play there vs choosing a more known brand?

I have been scammed for $2147 from Rainbet

I placed all my balance on a valorant grand finals, as shown here:
https://prnt.sc/JNwAWL1kcAuw

All bets were voided and they then lowered the odds on the markets, so I took 1.98 on -1.5, they reopened at 1.68 after voiding bets.
Basically they did it to save their bad position because of poor trading, pinnacle was at a similar price to what I took but limits were much lower.

After my bets got voided my limits got put at $0.05 on sportsbook, so obviously useless to keep playing, I went to withdraw.
Withdraw declined, asked for 3 levels of KYC, after completing I'm then told to rollover my balance on casino.

I am not going to do that, they just want me to spin the balance on -ev & it's also not legal for them to make someone from the UK play on their casino providers

Will wait here for a response for them as they are claiming I 'abused' the system by taking these bets.
