OP, I heard back from Razer and was told that your situation should be resolved as per today. Do you mind to check if you've regain access and everything works as desired? If it is, kindly update us so I can reflect this to the status of your case on my list correctly.

No, he have not. Yes, I've wrote to Rollbit's representative about his case. Yes, I've wrote to Rollbit's representative about your case too. No, I haven't heard back from them as they're yet to be online, I am intending to try to reach them through alternative means of contact than what I usually do. And no, writing on other thread sharing that you have the same problem will not expedite a resolution of yours.

Hi, sorry for late reply I haven't been home, I can PM you my user ID. I have not used a VPN and to reiterate this is my only account ever used, so I don't know. I will send now thank you for your help
Did you use VPN or something that perhaps masked your real IP and open to a possibility of false impression of having several accounts accessed from the same IP?

Let me try to page him, but I personally think Razer won't comment much about this, as this situation is pretty clear: a multi-acc. Casinos detection for this situations are usually spot-on.

Received your PM with your UID. I've sent a PM to Razer not long after my previous post on this thread, but I can see that Razer hasn't been online for a month, so he must have not read my message yet. Let me try to nudge him once more, before trying other method to reach him.

It's impossible for anyone in my household to have used rollbit, I live alone. I would understand if that could be the case, it's just frustrating they will not acknowledge anything I say. They cannot be sure because it's simply not true. Just confusing..
Something in their system flagged you as a duplicate account, they didn't just decide to make today your bad day. There could be a couple reasons why you were flagged. You or someone made accounts from your house or possibly your IP.

What you can do is send a PM to their rep Rollbit Razor and have him look into it. You can also post in their thread and try to speed things up.

This is quite unfortunate and it is very difficult to convince the casino rep that you haven't had any other accounts. I have read of a similar issue here on the forum and didn't know if it was resolved. It doubt it was. I think that casinos have some kind of geo tagging technology that is synced with the email, device or IP address of their customers. Yours may even be a case where a friend, brother or someone signed into the casino sing your device and it triggered it. I'm sorry I may not have explained it well but I think you get the idea.

Hello,

I've been scammed for $2,019 from Rollbit. I have previously withdrawn on my account and everything was fine, I built up some balance playing sportsbook and since then attempted to withdraw.

Upon attempting to withdraw, I was rejected and was prompted to KYC. I then provided the KYC up to level 3 (proof of ID, proof of address and selfie). Once I was verified I attempted to withdraw and had the same problem.

I then went on live support to ask for more information as to what was happening, I was sent the following: 'Thanks for your patience here. To proceed, can you please list the other accounts that you've had on Rollbit?'.

I informed them this is my only account, I have never used rollbit before. I insisted this was the case, however since this they will not communicate with me and keep prompting the same message. I have told them this is causing me large amounts of stress and they will not acknowledge anything I have to say. I just get the same message copied and pasted to me about having other accounts which don't exist.

I have tried and tried to have a conversation or speak to a manager, they just ignore me. Clearly an easy way for them to avoid paying me by accusing me of something I have not done without even giving me a reason or a conversation about what they're accusing me of.

I will post some screenshots below and you can see some of my conversations with them.
