Here is what I have gathered:

Debt amount: 800$

Birthday: Saturday, April 1, 1995 (1992 on some sources)

Mobile phone: +447836282739, +44-7935575771
Owns cryptoscratch.com as well as server 209.105.246.122
Apparently the "director" of bitshopper.co.uk (BITSHOPPER LTD, registered in the UK under Grant West). Unrelated to the spanish btc.tradex on here.

Shows taint to a 35 year old Senior member "TheLiteCoinGuy" on litecointalk.

Company Number:   08803546

Company Origin:   United Kingdom

GPS Coordinates:   lat: 51.343835, long: 0.517838

I freelance for a living and Grant has said that he will pay me 800$ as well as a reoccurring 10% of the site profits in exchange for a working scratchcard website that supports Peercoin, Bitcoin, Namecoin and Litecoin. The website has been delivered and the person has changed the server password, turned off his phone and stopped responding on Skype.

Will sell the debt for an equivalent in BTC or other altcoin, any information on this person will be greatly appreciated as it will put food on my table  Smiley. I will also sell the website exclusively for the same amount although Grant might still have a partially working one so it will be the buyers responsibility to pursue him in case this occurs.

The website is responsive, works on mobile, no discovered bugs and looks great, can send a screenshot if interested.

Speaking with you now to hopefully resolve this amicably.

If anyone is interested to collect the debt the guy has claimed that he will pay yet again and stopped answering, I got a debt collecting agency on his ass yet they are not willing to put in any real effort.

*bump* I would still like my money, would reporting to the police be worth it?

Yes. It's a criminal offense: 'Obtaining services through deception'.

I don't know if the US has it's own version, but here in the UK its pretty bad.

Thanks for the info, I will report the guy.

Maybe...
If you would like to report him, you easily could do an Actionfraud complaint of the UK police or report him here: https://tips.fbi.gov

God damn I want to track down those IPs, fly over to London, come up over and kick his ass so he's bound to a bed for AT LEAST a month, after feeling this all of those debt collectors that set those animals on fire don't even seem that bad...

I guess it's http://www.youtube.com/watch?v=TUzlmWWdjEQ in the meantime....
