The rep said that they deducted a $17 fee (which btw is a 74% fee, and not 25%), but she never explained what happened to the other $23.

VIDEO Including phone conversation with customer service below. On The morning of March 1st, 2021 I put $40 USD (2 $20 bills) into a Byte Federal ATM machine attempting to purchase a Uniswap Crypto token. The ATM was located at a Chevron gasoline station in Bessemer, Alabama across the street from (Town And Country FORD). Seconds after putting in the money, the transaction completed as successful and I received confirmation via text that I had purchased 1.28000000 Uniswap. My transaction did not occur instantly, hours later I still hadn't received my UNI token. I called Byte Federal support around 3pm and noted the delay, I was told someone would return my call, this never occured. I finally received a portion of my purchase at 11:58PM that evening. It is displayed in my wallet balance as "~0" "tilde 0". I checked the wallet hash on etherscan and found where the actual amount I received was 0.000000000000000001 UNI "zero (dot / decimal point) zero zero zero zero zero zero zero zero zero zero zero zero zero zero zero zero zero one" or ONE QUINTILLIONTH. March 4th I called Byte Federal Technical Support to find out what happened with my transaction and was given some spiel about extra fees which were not relayed to me at the time of purchase, I put in the cash and the purchase was confirmed as made, the transaction was made and the machine quickly reset the menu options to accept a new purchase. The purchase of 1.28000000 Uniswap is confirmed on their receipt text and record through my online account. I believe I was scammed in this purchase and demanded to receive what I paid for.
