Alright his email is [email protected] there is also a phone number but since he's a scammer it's very likely it's not his. I told him to pay me back, if this doesn't happen in a responsible amount of time I will put his email on my site as a scammer. I am giving him the benefit of the doubt..

Scammers gonna scam. Nobody who cares about their reputation is going to scam you out of $8, so identifying the person is likely pointless anyway (and if the scammer's not an idiot, the ID you'd be providing may be that of someone else, not the actual scammer).
That's true, that's why I don't want to release everything yet.

Then this thread is point less. You didnt tell us anything.

Even if you had 100 successful transactions people have 90 days to charge back. Its against paypals TOS to sell bitcoins. You will get more scammers over time, the best you can hope for is a low ratio.

He purchased .40 BTC 3 times and .30 BTC once. There were 3 cases open but not on the .30 BTC so I sent him the BTC anyway. He has not answered my emails as he reversed the payment. All he got out of the is the .30 BTC because I don't want to go into a PayPal dispute over this because
I am putting this up because I want to show the community not to scam me and hopefully this will stop him in the future. Don't go telling me "I old you so" because I have done over 100 transactions and he is the first to do this. I will not give out his email and phone number from PayPal yet because I will give him some time to respond but I will definitely post it soon.
