I just checked the links shared by OP. One of them looks a bit outdated (it got bumped by somebody else reporting the same issue though), although others do give some screenshots of their chats with the CS. Some info is being contradicted by others so you definitely need to read further to see the full story. As of now, the majority of users on that forum/website seem to see them as sketchy at best. I'm not really familiar with their service either.

If OP has their own story, it would be nice if he can share it too. That being said, I do agree that it is better to be cautious and just avoid any service if they don't have any presence on the forum since you can't really do anything if they screw you. Even though one of the cases is resolved, that is the exception and not the norm. CMIIW.

You haven't completely highlighted to us how they scammed you. This could help users follow up in future when they come across your thread in the future. I just checked their Trustpilot page, and it just screams fake positive reviews

All the 10 "reviewers" made 5-star reviews in March this year and then just disappeared never to be seen again - https://www.trustpilot.com/review/brokerstorm.com?languages=all

Thank you so much for this prompt awareness call and I hope more people can get to see this thread especially  the likely  potentials ones who would want to patronize  them.

I don't know why the scam rate in gambling is already  getting  so alarming and players should be at an alert as there are several  unbelievable ways this scammers and criminals  are tirelessly trying to rob people of their hard earned money.

And I'm not familiar  with the casino you mentioned  but I don't think they have a community  over here and I personally  don't gamble  on platforms without a representative on the forum.

I’ve never heard of Brokerstorm but it seems as though it is not a gambling house from the responses. Anyway, OP it would be nice if you have some sort of information. Right now people would have to do research just to figure out what the heck you’re talking about. Message received though. Don’t use Brokerstorm for whatever it is they do.

Warning: Be cautious of engaging with the company BrokerStorm. It has been reported as a potential scam. If you are considering registering with this company or if you are already registered, I strongly advise you to exercise caution and immediately withdraw all your funds.
Please take a moment to review the following sources for further information:

You may have chosen a gambling board since the accusation is about a casino, but then just as Cantsay pointed out that you need to move this thread to scam accusations under reputations, that is why, the warning can receive the right audience and attention unlike in here that you may only get comments from gambling board lovers but in reputation, non-gambling board members will also see the warning too.
For me though, I think the information is well received on this board, the site in question is a gambling casino and not like the op is making a scam accusation against the casino, this is rather a warning to all gamblers to stay away from the referenced casino, and this board, together with gambling discussion is the best place to reach out to gamblers which happen to be the ones who truly deserve to see this warning.
Several gamblers don't visit scam and accusation/reputation board, or does that once in awhile, like myself, so I think here is the best place to have this thread.

I also thought that @OP is about to state how Brokerstorm Scam his money (as the title stated) but I found out that @OP is simply giving a warning to members of the forum and the readers of these thread about the people who are scammed by Brokerstorm.  I was click baited by the title.  Cheesy
Yeah, most of us sure opened the thread expecting to read how the mentioned casino scammed op, but were greeted with a message that is somehow different what the impression the topic gave.

Anyways, I believe the op used that title as a way to gain maximum attention of the community, or maybe he didn't know how best to give the thread a title, he decided to give the thread a title that somehow passed the wrong message.

Anyway, it is true that there is no need for this topic to be moved on the scam accusation, and there is also no need for scam accusation format since I think this is just a normal reminder topic created by @OP to be vigilant and avoid Brokerstorm services.

I will be repetitive here as I have been saying this all over the Gambling section every time I have read about scam companies or scam casinos.It is very easy to avoid them in the first place if you are a user here,you just need to read the ANN threads of different casinos here and you can easily spot the most reputable ones,their ANN thread is full of positive feedback and reviews,on going bonuses and promotions and almost instant deposit and withdrawals,another thing to note is the lowest number of complains.

That is where the problem arises.  Most people who come here to post about how a casino scam them are not originally a member of this forum so there is no way they will know about the gambling section and announcement of different casinos that had joined the forum.  They (legit newbie and was scammed) come here to share their experience and ask for help .

If anyone reading this just do these simple steps,the risk of being scammed is eliminated 100%.

I agree, most of the casino that has an announcement in this forum intend to work honestly and those who just had their announcement intend to be a reputable platform one day.  We can prove that by looking at casinos that had been in this forum for years now.

No Offense but If you go through my post you'll see that I used the 'If" statement there and I also stated that I didn't go through OP's link to see if he was a victim of their scam or not, the reason why I made my comment was to direct OP to the right board for scam accusation incase he has any and I do get the fact that this thread also fits well in this board.

No offense too mate, But my comment is about this specific topic which you knew exactly that this user is just collecting all the evidence towards the casino. I saw your “IF” but I’m sure that we can both agree that there’s no hint on his comment that he was a victim. Probably he have an argument with the casino which is the reason for this negative attack or else he will just write his case directly without quoting others.

If that is so, I wonder how @OP came to the title of this thread. Scammer Alert! Brokerstorm scam my money, if @OP is just giving warning and not truely scammed then his title is misleading.

This scam format is not necessary or suitable on this case.

They are have an ANN thread here in the forum although the representative is not active as they should be for a new casino;  If you check my post you quoted you'll see the link to their ANN there.

You don't attached or forgot to attached the link on your post if you check the post that I quoted. Your post is not visible anymore. I‘m not trying to argue here or view my comment in a negative way. It's just a discussion with our own perspective.

How is it happened? When you giving Scam Accusation, first of all, you have to give a detailed explanation about what transpired both of you then you backup with some evidences so that people can give their judgement from the explanation and the evidence. Like now the accusation looks false accusation. And also other user as said or told you to move this thread to the appropriate board which is https://bitcointalk.org/index.php?board=83.0. it will be wise if you do that.

Truth be told,  I've not seen anyone on here using a gambling platform that's out of this forum, is a gambling platform like Brokerstorm comes on here, they will be dealt with by red tags and many people will know that they are not clean from cheating and robbing their users, but what is there to do about an outsider? Because Borkerstorm has no ANN on this forum, people on this forum are smarter to always use gambling platforms that are popular and have an ANN on the forum, so that when they do something wrong you can raise awareness and they can easily fix your problem to avoid ruining their rep.

Well, they are new and I wonder what makes them special that you interact with them? I wonder if you just want to promote the links here as well considering it's just two sport-focused websites and you're new as well. The title was convincing that you've been scammed yet on your sentence was likely just a simple, generic warning for a scam casino.
I doubt if link promotion is the primary motive of ops for creating this thread, and I am sure the ops have a genuine case looking at the links he provided none of them is a link to a casino but all are links to various accusations that ops have made against the casino he mentioned.

But then, the multiple links made me weary to take a close look at them since I am against opening random links due to the risk associated with opening such links in the first place.

If you have accusation on them why not post this thread on right board? Your just making a noise in wrong board so most provably many will not take this seriously since you didn't put in on right channels with proper documentation that can support your allegation. There's a proper format given by a forum user here so best to follow his suggestion so that you can get good comments about the accusation you posted here.

Except that this casino doesn’t have an existing ANN thread here in the forum. Your suggestion is only applicable on casino that use Bitcointalk forum before or still active here but it’s for a casino that is a complete unknown in the forum because our data is only limited to what’s available here.

Google search is much more reliable on doing background check for a certain casino since Bitcointalk forum threads also appear on search. Newbie just need to know how to determine fake and legit feedbacks on a casino.

Always Act Smart and Play Safe With Your Funds
I can see there are lots of links you posted here about them but, before you also accused them as potential scammer let it be you had an encounter with them maybe with some valide evidence because I don't really rely on someone making account newly to come tarnished the images of other casino or gambling site which they found not trustworthy. Come with your evidence of scam or stolen your money before you could post them here for scamming, otherwise I will tell you not to involved yourself with such activities in accusing a casino whereby you weren't a victim of their scam. Yes, let it be that we are all away of them but do not accused them if you weren't a victim.. hence I believe sharing these links will as well keep people around here alert about this site in other to avoid them.

Anyway thanks for sharing.

I haven't gone through your links but you should consider moving your thread to the reputation board as that's the most appropriate board for this kind of post.

And if perhaps you have been a victim of the scam by the site in question then you should edit your thread and use the scam report format, I'll be quoting it down below for easy access.

Code:
[b][color=black]What happened:: [/color][/b]

[b][color=black]Scammers Profile Link: [/color][/b]

[b][color=black]Reference Link: [/color][/b]
[b][color=black]Amount Scammed: [/color][/b]
[b][color=black]Payment Method: [/color][/b]
[b][color=black]Proof of Payment: [/color][/b]
[b][color=black]PM/Chat Logs: [/color][/b]
[b][color=black]Additional Notes: [/color][/b]

This scam format is not necessary or suitable on this case. This thread serves as a warning thread instead of an actual scam because of the multiple proof comes from different user and also the OP itself is just sharing the attached multiple scam accusation that he compiled.

@OP. This thread is noted and very useful as reference in case this casino made an introduction here in the forum.
