this exchange is a joke. how is feedback the only way to contact them, and they reply by editing the feedback? wtf.
I thought I was the only one who saw that are crazy  Grin
I even tried checking out the archived version of the site, and It has never had any customer service contacts except that weird feedback system.

@ve112 did you make any feedback on their page, The last feedback I see is from 2024-10-17, or did they just delete what you posted?

they are either exit scamming, or it's a one man operation, and something happened to him.

@OP, i'm not trying to rub salt in the wound, but with all the other repeatable private exchanges out there, why did you go with this one?
at this point, your only option is to wait and hope they return your coins.

Still no response from them.

I saw that they transferred the coins I sent today to another address. They sent the coins they were supposed to return to me to another address.

Now we are sure they are scammers.

Also, kycnot.me delisted this site from the list 1 hour ago. Their quick response will save many people from getting scammed.

If there is no response by Sunday, everyone will see that they are scammers. They themselves say that they will deal with the case within 1-7 days.

FAQ Pages

A: Please be patient. Open just 1 (ONE) feedback request with an email, trade id, transaction id, and eventually, the payment proof. Your case will be dealt in 1-7 days.

I'm waiting patiently, but I know I'll be waiting for months. They deserved all kinds of blasphemy.

To be fair, "your case will be dealt in 1-7 days" doesn't always and necessarily translate into "you'll get everything cleared out in 1-7 days", at times, "being dealt" can simply means they'll give a response, inquiring things to be further investigated or informing the counterparty that they need more time or something else.

And [this is more important] most likely than not, as applied by many companies both crypto and RL, unless stated otherwise, "days" here refers to business days, working days, Monday through Friday, not calendar days, Monday through Sunday. So you should exclude Saturday and Sunday from that timeframe.

I don't see any other contact info from their site it seems the only way to contact them is via the feedback page.

By checking the feedback page I saw many bad feedback that tells you their service is scam. However, they got responds from the Admin by editing the feedback. It seems suspicious to me, but let us wait another week to see if they can respond to your feedback and reply to KYCnot email.

KYCnot gives you some cautions about refund policy and its unclear if they require KYC if you request for a refund.
There are many great option under 9 to 10 ratings on kycnot.me so how exactly did you end up using them?

The coin is clean. It was not obtained through any illegal means. I don't think they will ask for KYC. The reason why the transaction is stuck is because the coin arrives late or there is a missing coin. There's a 90% chance of this happening, that's my guess.  I have read the feedback messages for the years 2021 and 2022 in the web archive records and I am making my prediction accordingly. But there is still misleading information on the trade page.

The trade was automatically approved.

It's writing. This is a lie.

In many other exchange sites, a transaction is not stuck if it is incomplete or late.

Since I have used this site before, I trusted it and used it again, but I will not use it again. From now on I will use tradeogre and exch.cx.

Also I filed a scam report because there is no logical reason why they are not responding at this time. 4 days is not a short period of time.

There is no difference between 4 days and 7 days. My guess is this is a scam. Even without fraud, I have never seen such a communication crisis anywhere else. They have accomplished the difficult task in this age and they need to be congratulated.

I think it’s best you just continue the discussion on your first thread; no need for duplicates.
I think the thread is appropriate here since the OP is now accusing coinswap.click as scammers.

anyway, in this time and age of technology, I find it funny that the only way to communicate with them is through their feedback since there is a much faster and better way to communicate.

kycnotme's admin send them an email, so yeah, they definitely have another [easier] means of communication. It's just... not for public access.

OP, since kycnotme have lend their hand, trying to help to get this resolved, witha better means of communication than what we can probably provide, unfortunately the best thing you can do is now wait.

They still have this statement on their website. How can these guys not be online for 4 day?

Stay away. Scammer.

I can’t tell their reason for not being online, but since you have already stated in your last thread that you think it’s a communication problem, I will advise you to give them some benefit of doubt and exercise more patience, and let’s hope a positive result is what you get.

Then again, you shouldn’t be worrying about the price of the coin as of the time they will send it back to you right now; your major concern should be getting your exact amount of coin back to your wallet.

They did not send my $100 money on November 10th. I have sent 50+ feedbacks in 4 days. Even kycnot.me tried to reach them. No answer.

Previous topic.

They use medieval methods of communication. This dishonorable site should not send me my money. Let them enjoy themselves with $100.

They did not respond for 4 days.

At this moment there are 1 STUCK TRADES without any email or refund address. Please leave us a feedback message with an email address, so we can contact you. Please leave us a refund address, so we can refund you. Also leave us any other details such as deposit address, amount or timestamp so we can find your swap transaction (if you lost it).
