at this point, your only option is to wait and hope they return your coins.
This is my stupidity. I have used this site before but for small amounts. Some people don't get scammed but there is always a 1% chance. This 1% chance is what I'm experiencing right now.
Right now I wish I had used tradeogre.
I thought I was the only one who saw that are crazy

I think I gave 50 to 60 pieces of feedback. And the site kycnot.me tried to contact them but there was no response. It was later delisted.

I believe OP made 50+ feedbacks. I didn't check their page to see it myself, but if it wasn't there, then they must have deleted those feedbacks. Though, to be fair, they got deleted because it didn'y align with their guideline to submit [weird and... unorthodox] complaint.
One complaint from OP should have stayed on their page as the working "ticket", though.
In fact, the first feedback was written in a really good language on November 10 and 11. Their main purpose is fraud. They read everything I sent and deleted it.
Also, as of today, I have lost hope. They will not send the money back. I'm not contacting them again.
This title is only there for everyone to see.
In addition, if the administrator of the site claims that he is not a fraudster and the communication channels are closed, if he does not see it and wants to send my money back, this is what he needs to do.

You can make refund to these two addresses. This is how we communicate in this day and age.

I saw that they transferred the coins I sent today to another address. They sent the coins they were supposed to return to me to another address.
Now we are sure they are scammers.
Also, kycnot.me delisted this site from the list 1 hour ago. Their quick response will save many people from getting scammed.

To be fair, "your case will be dealt in 1-7 days" doesn't always and necessarily translate into "you'll get everything cleared out in 1-7 days", at times, "being dealt" can simply means they'll give a response, inquiring things to be further investigated or informing the counterparty that they need more time or something else.
And [this is more important] most likely than not, as applied by many companies both crypto and RL, unless stated otherwise, "days" here refers to business days, working days, Monday through Friday, not calendar days, Monday through Sunday. So you should exclude Saturday and Sunday from that timeframe.
If there is no response by Sunday, everyone will see that they are scammers. They themselves say that they will deal with the case within 1-7 days.

The coin is clean. It was not obtained through any illegal means. I don't think they will ask for KYC. The reason why the transaction is stuck is because the coin arrives late or there is a missing coin. There's a 90% chance of this happening, that's my guess. I have read the feedback messages for the years 2021 and 2022 in the web archive records and I am making my prediction accordingly. But there is still misleading information on the trade page.

In many other exchange sites, a transaction is not stuck if it is incomplete or late.
Since I have used this site before, I trusted it and used it again, but I will not use it again. From now on I will use tradeogre and exch.cx.
Also I filed a scam report because there is no logical reason why they are not responding at this time. 4 days is not a short period of time.

There is no difference between 4 days and 7 days. My guess is this is a scam. Even without fraud, I have never seen such a communication crisis anywhere else. They have accomplished the difficult task in this age and they need to be congratulated.

kycnotme's admin send them an email, so yeah, they definitely have another [easier] means of communication. It's just... not for public access.
