1. New account (usually created within the last 3 months, plus or minus) May 02, 2013 -> signed up 3 days ago and started selling gift cards
2. Low-medium message count with vapid posts of little to no contributatory value https://bitcointalksearch.org/user/davdjayj-109994;sa=showPosts 8 posts only
3. Use of a seemingly realistic first/last name as their forum account name

A quick search for his ICQ reveals this proof that he scammed people on other forums: http://www.naijafinder.com/threads/498510-confrimed-scammer
Searching davdjayj on Google shows that he's been doing the same low quality scam posting on other sites. You can see plenty of postings on different forums for selling gift cards.
