What happened::
I traded with "kytorr" on this forum, who pretend to be another trusted "kytorr" on another forum. We agreed I send him $32 Paypal balance, and he will send me $29 Skrill. After I sent him the payment, he just went offline and never come back. I know scammers are all over this forum, and I was not really care about this, cause I can get my fund back with Paypal's chargeback service. Most of the scammers just run off after they got their victim, but I guess this SCUM found out that his Paypal had negative balance (thank you Paypal
), so he decide to find another victim using the same account. He is still scamming people on this forum, please beware!
