Report his paypal for scam activity. I think they won't do anything just because of it's Bitcoin. But who knows, it was still scamming.

I get the impression he works at a Starbucks in the US.
What makes you say that?

He is selling stuff sold in Starbucks retail outlets.

Maybe stealing stock and trying to re-sell it? Does anyone have an IP address on him and the name from his Paypal. From that we could get the Starbucks he works at and go from there.

He/She/It apparently scammed people on a poker site not too long ago

http://forum.parttimepoker.com/appeals-forum/920556-swc_league-appeal-investigation.html

Perhaps his BTC scam is going to pay off gambling debts?

and 26 days ago he was gambling with bitcoin here:

http://www.bitmadness.com/pool.php?g=F3TBSWSF64

and here he is selling coffee and tea and offering to unlock cell phones.

I get the impression he works at a Starbucks in the US.

He has also gambled on the Superbowl here:

I feel really bad now... I outed this guy as a scammer elsewhere a couple days ago but didn't have a chance to post on here about it yet.  I called him on it and he deleted some posts on here afterwards.

Another user on here accused him of being a scammer a while ago but nothing came of it, unfortunately.  He needs to be banned immediately.

I have a lot more information which I may post.  I hope in the meantime your payment gets reversed!  Maybe in the meantime someone can report that email address to Gmail's fraud department.

https://bitcointalksearch.org/user/nckfor-81666

Sent him $133 for 1 BTC.

Went off immediately after I sent the money.

Monitored his last activity time. Most likely read the PM where I sent $$$ and he went off.

Beware.

Trying to get payment reversed right now.
