Thanks everyone for understanding and supporting my flag.
Yes, I was really naive and didn't take the safety precautions that were due. The fact that I'm a newbie here also doesn't helped on tracking and checking the scammer profile.
Yes, it's true that can't absolutely prove that this user scammed me, probably it wasn't the first time he made it (and won't be the last) as he has a clear strategy so he deletes every evidence of the scam when discovered.
Also, I'm a started, it would be my first miner and that enthusiasm led me to lower security mesures before making the deal.
I'm a long time user of many forums, my username can be searched and found in many many sites, "Gyzdark" it's always myself, from pornhub, to bitcointalk, to LoL, to Steam.... everywhere. I have an 13-to-0 good feedback on a Portuguese technology forum (ZWAME) for buys and sales and a couple more in other technology forum. I exist, I am and I will be here, always the same person. Who is this "ParleFrenc" user? He is a nobody, he wont even tell me where he will ship the good from, just said "Europe, dont worry". He will say "Isn't anonymity the whole purpose of bitcoin, why are you asking for information, to track me down?" has he said in our chat. But, no, anonymity isn't the whole purpose, the purpose is a decentralized, self regulated market, anonymity is just one of the good features that comes with it all. Unfortunately it is also a birthplace for scammers and faceless slugs whiling to sell his own mother for a couple dollars like @ParleFrenc is, that has to live with his face under the dirt because he is just too horrendous human being to be himself on the internet.

Thanks everyone on this forum, keep up the good work. Fortunately was the 2nd time I got scammed (1st one I bought a GPU, it was malfunctioning and managed to repair it) it was another lesson for me.
It's nice to know you have a detection system for multi-acount scammers like this one, will pay more attention in the future.
Thank you and sorry for bother.
I'll stay here, on this forum for a while whiling to learns and also help when I can so, we'll see ourselves!

PM/Chat Logs:
Deal was made in his Telegram channel, he deleted all evidence before I thought about saving it. I didn't knew he could erase the entire chat from my phone!
You made multiple mistakes which actually helped scammer to complete his entire game. We always suggest our community users not to deal with a newbie which is quite risky but most of the time victims follow their own way. You haven’t used forum's trusted escrow services which was necessary for your fund safety.

Scammers are heavily using telegram to reach their targets like you and its easy to erase foot prints from there. They know well that their chat history will reveal their fraudulent activity. Whenever you are getting a personal message from a newbie everytime a warning will show above the message. It doesn’t mean that every newbie is scammer but through this warning forum authority is trying to let you know the chances of getting scammed by a newbie.

Flag supported and i will add this scammer's details on "List of Proven Scammers"

Note: Please add the flag link on your main topic.

This is actually an old school scam. First, do some successful trade with a lower amount even the scammer agree to go first to pay. Then wait for a big amount. When it arrives they start to present their main face. And it's really very hard to understand this scammer when done several successful trades. OP also a victim of this.

Only will suggest to take it as a lesson Op and everyone here, and I will support flag.

I am sorry to say this OP, but you got scammed, and that is why we have reputation in this forum.
It is not perfect by all means but it is much better than any other system I saw.
I tagged the scammer but I doubt we are going to see him again here with that account, and I hope you learned a lesson.

thats not me niggas, what all of you stupid weirdos are talking
Not really my type of music, but I find it very appropriate for this Smiley

Shaggy -  It Wasn't Me

To understand Rambotnic, you just need to reverse everything that he says, and then you will see what the truth actually is.

"That's me caucasians, what all of you smart squares are talking"

He does so much projecting, I wouldn't be surprised if he's actually some fat gay kid from Russia as that is what he used to accuse everybody of being before he decided to become black. (American urban black or East London black? He kind of muddles the lingo of the two cultures together.)
where is your proofs nigger?

You did your scam, you got tag for it so you can move on now to another account with which you will probably try to do the same thing as before as scammers like you don't give up easily since there are always enough of those that are reckless and naive when doing online business.

and which retards put that -2 on my account for no reason
this kid never had conversation with me outside this forum, thats why he can't provide chat.
Or maybe he can't provide Telegram chat screenshots because you simply deleted it on both ends. One of the reasons why scammers prefer Telegram is because it's easy to hide tracks, especially if other side don't know much about it. Since you are an alt account of a known scammer, just those screenshots of forum conversation is enough of a proof and your childish reaction to accusation just confirms it.

Flag supported and account tagged.

ParleFrance is an old scammer here - https://bitcointalksearch.org/topic/m.55675809
Haha I see that you had an interesting chat with that bellend. Based on his history he will resurface with another account and yet again some newbie will fall for this trick.
Maybe at least neutral (if not going for negative immediately) feedback with warning should be made in similar cases, but then again I'm not sure that even that would save OP from making that mistake.

I hope you consider this as a lesson OP. I think we all experience this at one time or the other. Make sure to do the right research in order to prevent this kind of stuff from happening. That's the convenient thing about Telegram, you could clear chat for both participants. I hope you are able to recover from that. Don't trust newbies, use escrow.

Welcome to the Internet. There are scammers lurking everywhere especially where money is involved. Do not just trust and send your money, Verify and ask questions. The best way of going about with such deals is use a trusted escrow service. The scammer profile already had a negative feedback before you made a deal with them. If only you had checked the profile under untrusted feedback, maybe you would have thought twice.

I have left them a negative feedback and supported the red flag. We still need 1 more DT member to support it before it becomes active.

This is what's going to happen to newbies who do not take time to check the reputation of who he is dealing with or use an escrow, Cryptocurrency works on trust you know that there is no charge back there is no way to get your money back unless he voluntarily send it back to you which is unlikely to happen, he has nothing to lose since his account here is newbie, he can always use a new account.

Nope. Consider your money gone.

Why would you deal with newbies without any feedback or reputation on the forum? You could have used an escrow? Sorry for your loss but you shouldn't be sending money first to random strangers on the internet. I left him a negative rating and supported your flag. Seems like you're not the first person he scammed here.

Newbie with no reputation, for sure, it will be easy for him to scam anyone. He can just abandon the account and create a new one. You should have bought in a reputable member here. Also, have you seen his profile before the deal, because there is one feedback made on Nov 25, saying old scammer and multi-accounter? And the exchange of your conversation was Nov 27. You should have checked his profile first.

https://bitcointalk.org/index.php?action=trust;u=2882648

So it means, he will screw other persons again. You will not get back your money.

What happened::
The deal was that I would buy him 4 ASIC miner Aisen A1 in 2 phases: first I buy 1 unit and if the deal goes right, I will then buy him 3 more units.
I paid for 1 Aisen A1 miner+PSU+shipment €180 in bitcoin and it was supposed that he sent me the product the next day.
The next day he said that his business partner made a mistake and that he sent me the 4 units all together. He said that the units are on it's way to my address but, he has the shipment on hold.
He said that if I want to complete the deal I would have to pay him the rest of the money.
I asked him for the slightest proof of the shipment. He refused to send me any proof, absolutely no proof at all. He wanted me to send him €400 more, no other options.
I told him that I would pay him as soon as the product arrived. he refused.
I told him to get the package back and complete the deal we made. He refused.
I asked him several times to give me any proof that he has the product or any product at all, any kind of proof of shipment. He refused.
All the deal was made on Telegram. In the end we obviously ended namecalling each other. Basically i told him: "If you have some decency fulfill the deal we made. I paid for 1 unit, you send 1 unit. If you don't want to fullfil the deal, give me the money back or whatever is left of it to this address *my-bitcoin-wallet-address*. If you're a scammer do nothing.
HE said that he will make a video of him burning my money and then proceeded to delete the hole Telegram conversation.
