I also receive the same message but I actually ignore and immediately block them to avoid receiving any further message, but seems they have a lot of accounts so I believe this attempts will no end since scammers always do this deed.
Also I do hope that no single cents will be lose due to that scam schemes.

I have received a message from an unknown person in telegram maybe 17 jun. After that again I received another message but from other account and other details. This is normal though. But the curious thinks is there title of the message/first line. also the profile details looks something curious.
Hi dude Im always got message too from telegram and its private message as well. I think if you are joining a lot of IDO projects on telegram group they will message all members joining there. For example I joined a new project called Plutos, cause Im watching and interested on their project then suddenly I received the same message like you from Plutos but I know that their not the one do it cause its a golden rule that admins dont do pm. So obviously thats a scam and the message content is even not good reasoning since they said I won slot on ido while there is no annoucnement yet during the time there was a message.Just ignore, block and delete.

Telegram is a scam online ground for scammers, people need to be careful while on telegram because they can be scammed. But many scams are too obvious in a way victims are greedy which makes them unwise and be scammed, how can a stranger be offering a person a giveaway or offering him business, people should be careful about this.

I have received lots of this messages on telegram but I just ignore it if I see an offer of making money on his message. Probably it has the same format with lots of emojis.
So better to stay on such message, remember if its too good to be true, it probably is.

Even I can not take any screenshots of this message. Then try to screen record so that later take an screenshots from the video. but the video record also blanked. Lastly try to take a photo from other device. didn't know that there is any feature like this in telegram.
