I think you did an exceptionally good job of documenting evidence against this scammer. I think it is safe to say that he is the person who you sent bitcoin to, and that he agreed to send you a game in return (and apparently did not). I generally do not see many newbies who are able to document evidence so well.

I have seen a few hero members who have not been able to document any evidence people they are claiming to have gotten scammed by.

Sadly however, I don't think much will come of this as the person's account who scammed you is worth very little and he will probably just create a new one and start his scam over :/

Why would you trust someone like that? New member, won't send first or use escrow 99% of the time is a scammer.

It's a lesson we all have to learn though. Next time use escrow! Scammers around here will scam for a couple dollars.

Do you have a TXID of your payment, and screenshots of PM logs (or skype logs, or some other log)?

It really does not mean very much when you just say that someone scammed you, there needs to be proof

Just sent xboxonebuyer $20 for a game.

Send him the bitcoin
Confirms he received.
He says he has amazon vouchers. Say ok.
He says he will send both at the same time, tell him to send game first. Have no more bitcoin.
He says will send together. Keeps asking for me to send the £50 for Amazon.
Hold my game for ransom basically...
when I insist for the game he says he didn't get the bitcoin due to a confirmation failing even thought he confirmed the exact amount I sent ($19.05)

Avoid at all costs Sad
