I expect that the number of scam currencies bearing the name of Libra will exceed the number of them after they are issued.
I do not know if there are enough foolish people to invest in such projects, but it is better for Facebook to develop its algorithms to monitor all interactions on this currency and ban them faster & more efficiently.

It is best to report to Google and Facebook to be closed faster.

Facebook has deleted fake Libra post and page today. Some people may have lost their money because of excessive greed. It's sad that the Facebook system can't catch their own fake website.

Before you go to an investment by looking at Facebook's ad, you should make a verification first is it real or fake.

And i thought the scammer couldn't make a website properly Tongue

I wonder if facebook is responsible for allowing fraud/scam ads about their own product on their website by law?
Exactly thinking something like that. How funny! Fake libra project is continuing their promotion through facebook. Couple of month earlier i have made the very first post about fake facebook token and after then got multiple scam projects who are using the same trap for investors.

I tried open the website with Tor Browser, but only can open the main page after change circuit few times. If it happens to all Browser/connection, then looks like they haven't scammed anyone yet.
It's easily accessible from Chrome, I have tried it just now, no problem. There's a beautiful tutorial as on how to achieve Libra coin with Bitcoin, Ethereum and some other coins. I think some of the newbies have already fallen into the trap.

I am wondering same thing. As far as I knew that Facebook has been banned ICO ads. But how a fake ICO contained Facebook coin (Libra) name reaching out users. Perhaps some people would trust on it who don't know their original website. But fortunately this add should passed by Facebook authority, but question is how?

Very shocking! Maybe many new people buy this scam libra who knows? And they even don’t know already they got scammed.

I too have seen this 2/3 days ago and had reported as scam but no update? Interesting. This is a proved scam because they are using facebook's coin in the ads.
