OP, Solguy123, I'd appreciate if you reflect to this question deeply before answering them, we're all here to help and care for each other. If you indeed have a problem with your betting habit and would want to have some help, and suppose setting yourself on self-exclusion is too much, I think I can reach some of casinos representative to exclude you if you want me to.

Kindly let me know.

Thanks for the thought, quite impressive to see it actually.  I might have come across differently than I wanted to.  I gamble for fun, I'm a low baller, gambling small amounts ocasionally, the reason I proceeded to imediately "rage" bet the balance, is that I was 100% sure at that point, that I'm not seeing that money, especially since it was from a rakeback bonus, so at that point it simply became fun money.  In those 15 minutes I proceeded to buy around 10 bonus buys, which caused the balance to be lost.
EDITED: I checked and it was actually around 1hour + from the moment I tried to withdraw to losing the balance.

Now regarding your response 8Bet.
Hi Solguy123

Thank you for raising this issue with us and sorry it took so long for our support team to get onto it, it has been a busy few days!

The support team have now found that there is indeed a display bug which occurred when the game provider system of the game you were playing had a delay in sending us the result (it took over 20 seconds in this case) - and this resulting in your active promo going into a problematic state. When you returned to the withdrawal screen the bug caused the screen to show no available funds to withdraw (which is because you just had promo funds in this problematic state).

The team are currently working on a fix for this which will be pushed to the live system once it is thoroughly tested.

Once the bug is resolved, our support team will credit your account with the full amount of the Cashback you held at the time of the bug. We will notify you through the support channel or your email.

Best of luck at 8BET!

I'm honestly a bit confused on it, even if the balance won from the game was added 20 seconds later on your side, still confused how it affected my active promo, or why my live support request imediately got added to email responses, which btw, I haven't even gotten an acknowledgement yet about it on the email I was supposed to receive communication.

Anyhow, will wait and see how this progresses, and hopefully its something being actively looked into and not just a statement made because I posted on bitcointalk.

[...] anyway, @OP it sucks that you weren't able to withdraw your fund at the time you wanted it to be withdrawn but at least they'll refund your cashback.

With him betting all of his balance because he had an issue in a relatively extremely short time [15 minutes instead of hours or days], I actually more concerned with OP's rage betting, as I believe it's some sign of problematic betting behavior.
yeah, that part was concerning(I was gonna mention it in my previous post but forgot) and I agree that it is one of the signs of someone suffering from a gambling problem. If I were the OP I'd try to stop gambling for a while or better yet look for professional help to address his issue, gambling problems like the one he has will only get worse if left untreated.

just to be clear, you are only refunding the full amount of the cashback during the bug but not the winnings he won after gambling the cashback he got from the VIP?

Wanted to know about this as well, will appreciate a further explanation regarding your statement.

OP, two things. One, do you mind to share the screenshot of your conversation with their support? What answer/explanation do you get from them?

Second, on the screenshot of gambling log you provided, on 13:04 you do have 1,871.323 mSOL, but from 13:15-13:45, you made several losing bets that resulted in 444.7 SOL, 1,325 SOL, and 101,25 SOL --totaling a 1,871 SOL-- being debited from your account, which matched the ending balance shown on second screenshot, 0.323 mSOL. You gambled them away? Because you can't withdraw them?

Correct, sorry if I wasn't clear in the OP and thank you for sorting out the screenshots.  I basically proceeded in losing the money after, as I wasn't able to withdraw, so more or less I was angry and tilted.

I don't have a screenshot with a conversation to support as even though it was showing that support is live I imediatelly got prompted to "you'll receive an response via email" from an auto generated bot probably.

Okay, so... you got angry because the withdrawal was malfunctioned and gambled everything away in 15 minutes time span, while you're still attempting to reach their support for the issue? Umm... if I may then ask to reflect this latest development, what's the purpose of this thread?

I'm not trying to reach the support anymore for this issue, haven't attempted to reach them anymore as soon as I lost the money.  The point of this thread is mostly to bring up their "scammy" tactic, withdrawal malfunctioned literally 2 minutes after I was over the minimum wd threshold, I literally checked 2 minutes before as I was at 0.6 SOL balance and tried to witdhraw, and went to the wd page and it was working, once the balance went over the minimum 0.8 Sol required, withdrawal was not working anymore. And they also failed to contact me regarding my support ticket.

I have looked at the screenshots that you OP attached. However, I do not think that anyone here will be able to help you withdraw your stock Solana. You can try contacting them via their official email at hello@8bet[.]io using the email address registered on their platform and wait for their response regarding the suspicious actions they have taken against your account.

I don’t think the Op still has any stuck SOL (aside from the ~0.3mSOL which is not up to the minimum withdrawal amount) - he said he gambled it since he couldn’t withdraw due to that option being disabled by the casino, which to me is a very disgusting thing to do to a gambler.

@Op, have you withdrawn from your account before? Or is this the first time you tried SOL? My account also doesn’t have the withdrawal button enabled so I wanted to know if you’ve withdrawn through that network before.

Transferring OP's images to talkimg for easier understanding, and removing one image as it seems to be identical with another image.

Some time ago, I came across [this topic] that was posted in the Gambling section against 8BET back in June. It revealed many shocking facts about this poorly reputed casino, shared by several members. Even when looking at their [official announcement topic], they do not answer members' questions or concerns and ignore everything while continuing to promote their casino through FREE SPINS posted by one of their accounts to attract players.

There have been numerous complaints about this casino, and with their continued disregard and failure to resolve them, these are red flags that should prompt members to stop playing there.

Hello,

Would like to bring to people's attention a scammy tactic that 8Bet.io is using, as I see they have an account here on the forum aswell.

I've deposited around 0.4 SOL 24 hours + ago,  I've lost it. Due to my vip level there I was was eligible for some cashback that had a 30X wagering requirement on it.  I've gotten the cashback, proceeded to go through the required wager, and ended up with around 0.6 SOL, I checked the minimum withdrawal amount ( went to their withdrawal page) and it was showing 0.8 SOL, I went back and did a bonus buy, it ended up winning some 1.2 Sol +, in the span of 1-2 minutes. I went back to the withdrawal page, to withdraw a part of it, and literally 2 mintues later my SOL withdrawal page was not giving me the option to withdraw, stating "You do not have funds to withdraw" even though for other coins the withdrawal option is available even if u have literally a 0 balance.

So in the span of 2 minutes they have disabled my withdrawal option ( only for Solana),  I proceeded to go to live support, which was showing they are online, imediatelly once I opened a live support ticket I've been informed that all agents are busy and I'll be contacted via email later ( makes no sense, could simply wait in a que).

So long story short, I've deposited, lost the deposit, played after with a bonus available for me, won something, they proceeded to disable my option to withdraw and disabled live support.  The withdrawal page was available minutes before I was under the minimum threshold.

As a gambler of course I proceeded in losing the amount after.

Attaching some screenshots.

While I technically decided to gamble and lose the funds after, 8bet.io made sure there was no possible option to withdraw anything whatsoever.
