I'm pretty close to having the scanner working. See original picture from phone camera:



After decoding:



It's not the best possible accuracy, but the basic thing seems to work.
A major challenge would be to add it to some kind of an Android app.

No, it is not a QR code, otherwise also my phone would be able to scan this image.
I don't know what the goal of this is, but I think it is to QR code address which already exists on the blockchain.info wallet website.
Tell me if I am wrong.
