If the issue happens even if you have Bitcoin Core, you should share your logs (or just the error parts) for us to see what's happening.
Hello here the error parts:
2022-02-01 19:11 (ERROR) -- ArmoryQt.py:1188 - 6 attempts to load blockchain failed.  Remove mempool.bin.
Nothing much in the errors, but that could indicate that your Blockchain is indeed pruned (as the other users suspected)
since Armory can't load it, the old blocks must have been deleted already.

Take note that you'll have to resync Bitcoin Core again after disabling that option, and it will require quite high storage space (400GB+).

Newly installed Bitcoin core is set to the pruned mode by default so possible hosseinimr93 is right you need to disable or uncheck that part under the Bitcoin core settings as suggested above.

Hello here the error parts:
2022-02-01 19:11 (ERROR) -- ArmoryQt.py:1188 - 6 attempts to load blockchain failed.  Remove mempool.bin.
2022-02-01 19:11 (ERROR) -- ArmoryQt.py:1193 - File mempool.bin does not exist. Nothing deleted.

Thank you!

Would you mind trying to remove the mempool.bin manually you can find it under C:\Users\yourusername\AppData\Roaming\Armory and look for mempool.bin and delete it.

But before you do that make sure both Armory and Bitcoin core are closed and then restart and open both Bitcoin core and Armory again manually.
and hope this time will work if it's fully sync and not set to pruned mode.

but what do you mean with pure mode? Do you mean expert mode or advance mode?
What can I do if I did it wrong?
If prune mode is enabled, your system doesn't keep all the data that has been downloaded. It only keeps the last x blocks, so the size of the data doesn't exceed a certain amount.
If that's the case, Armory wouldn't sync. Because it needs the entire blockchain.

As I already said, to check this, you can click on "Settings" button and go to "Options".

The "Prune block ....." option should be unchecked.

I hope I can get some help.
If the issue happens even if you have Bitcoin Core, you should share your logs (or just the error parts) for us to see what's happening.

You can get if from the file "Armorylog.txt" file in Armory's data directory.
The default datadir for Windows ("appdata" is hidden): C:\Users\\AppData\Roaming\Armory\

Was prune mode enabled when you were downloading the blockchain?
If so, you don't have the entire blockchain now and Armory can't show your transactions.

To check if you have downloaded blockchain in prune mode, click on "Settings" at top of the window and go to "Options".

If you are new why did you tried to scan? did you import a wallet? Or sent a btc on that wallet?

Like the above said it needs bitcoin core and it must be fully sync before you can fully use armory.

But if you don't have funds yet on armory wallet you can switch to other wallet like electrum that doesn't need to download the whole blockchain.

-----------------------------------------------------------------

Thanks for help.
I have already downloaded the bitcoin core and it is full sync and tried to send some bitcoin to that wallet but I didnt received them...

So I tried to scan the transaction. Now I cant go online and it does not scan the history.

Do I have to connect armory with bitcoin core or does it work automatically together?

Thank you guys helping me

Have you installed bitcoin core?
Without bitcoin core and downloading the blockchain (which is nearly 400 gigabytes of data), Armory can't show your transactions.

How can I insert a screenshot?
You can upload your image on an image hosting website like imgur and share the link here.
