Guy! Omo dem carry the situation cash out seriously, that's the mentality of a typical naija man, to they use situations cash out rapidly, but we thank God things done they normalise small small and with time e go normalise or we go dey use to the situation,
This new year Money gats circulate so men fit do one or twos, in face of the hardships Nigerians go still survive.

This thing wey my brother talk nah true, if you go trenches all those pos guys don by bikes like I was shocked, with all this hardship people are going through!

Our government is trying to implement a policy that is not visible to us in Nigeria. Although, a cashless policy is good but I don't think is something we can use presently in Nigeria due to our bad internet system. Do you know how many people money were stuck online in the last cashless system? Do you how many people where delay of their goods after transferring money to seller but money never deliver on time? Our government needs to work on some thing before they can use this policy effectively in this country. These include:

👉Our internet system
👉Educate people on the importance of this policy.

Dance wey we think say don end just dy begin, by this time shey we suppose dy talk of how we go take hold the new naira note and to find wey submit the old naira note but the music don change oh, instead of us to go bank dy change old naira to new naira now wey dy hear say the so-called new money no dy at all even the old one no dy. How man go take survive for this contri? Where our naira go for this December when we need am the most?
Normally when e reach December fuel dy scarce and price for transportation dy always high but now no one we dy see (money or fuel), man go get money to collect am you need to share your own money with POS agent. Well I no blame them (POS agent them), na buy them dy buy the money inside our own naija...na wa.

No be lie oo, For this our Naija everybody wan make quick and sharp money, everybody wan use any available means either negative or positive make money, even when Corona virus hit us, people see see the business side of am , increase the price of nose mask,  so Na normal thing wey dey this country,
This scarcity of a thing done start again for my area, now 5k Na 300 for POS,  and Na so e go dey till money start dey in circulation again, but thank God say federal government done come out come say they initial date of December this year for the deadline, dem done officially cancel am , so now the old currency no get deadline again.

Make u pay sharpaly, collect ur dough, na Naija we dey, we all dey sabi wetin dey sup 4 dis kind tym. E be lyk say 1 winch dey wey dey scatter everything 4 Naija lyk dis 4 dis kin period as we hardly spent dis tym wey no be one wahala or d other. As e don be sha, as omo ogbon, I don plan my December as I know say Naija no be dat kin place wey persin fit dey trust any tin. I don dey sort myself since November, everything wey I need till January don set. Na so, persin gaz smart and d issue of d moni scarcity, me don see am since October, I dey tell pipu but dem no dey believe say Emefile don carry in wahala go say nothing fit sup again. See as everywhere dey now. Na d Zenith bank 4 my area first dey ginger me about am. D bank wey be say dey very big well well with many ATM machines, but none get cash since October. E be lyk place, sumtin wey never happen before, at most, 2 days, dem go get moni. Lyk play, 3 weeks pass, 4 week pass and so on. But dis dey happen as other banks 4 area dey pay 4 ATM steady. Me as omo ogbon, I no dey think lyk that, how only Zenith bank no con fit get money of all banks 4 area, say sumtin dey fish. E no te wey wind con blow wey foul nyash open. E be lyk say den, those banks wey get money dey spend wetin dey 4 their vault, while Zenith bank don dey exhaust their own 4 d reason why na only dem sabi, but just dey ration am 4 counter 4 their customer. E happen lyk dis till everytin scatter as we see am now.

Na wetin make me outsmart d matter be dat, dey withdraw 4 those banks wey never get issue and even 4 counter 4 zenith bank until u go hardy collect reach $10,000 per persin. But b4 then, baba house don full well well. I do same 4 petrol too, as everything dey be, naija no suppse dey dull unless moni no dey. That one self save me lyk dis as all d filing stations 4 my area no dey sell 4 keg, even most of dem don shut their doors self dis period. Naija my country! I no know d tym Naija go stop dis kin wahala, na anoda government we get so but nothin change, na so so same tin we dey face. E be lyk say na dis bank pipu dey cause dis current wahala and the CBN wey dey cry foul sabi wetin dey sup too. Na only drama dem dey do wen dem dey talk say dem no know anytin say dem go investigate. Dem sha lyk make Naija pipu dey suffa. Na papa God fit help us o.

This second wave of cash scarcity is really what I don't understand. But everything is working very well over here in Bayelsa state where am doing my National service. The POS are charging normal rate and banks has money on Atm machines. If you know any of the interstate bus driver who you know very well, you can asked them to withdraw money for you when the get to Yenagoa. You can transfer for the person, when he returns back to Rivers State you can get the money from him.

This country is going backward every day with what happened just this year concerning naira scarcity them never . By this time this people wey dey government them don suppose prepare for enough cash to dey flow so that wetin people experience last time e no go occur again.  Everything for Nigeria people like to dey take am as advantage to extort money from people which is bad, by now we don suppose learn,  this our government no dey try at all.

Theirs information that I heard that the reason why banks is not dispensing money again is because they noticed that their is a fake money and that is why they restricted given out more money in the bank but I don't know how truths  the information is, but that should be one of the reasons why money is not into circulation in this Christmas,  but I don't think the money that is not into circulation come from the order of president tinubu or senate members of nigeria knows about it.

No man do man be Naija matter right now because Nigerians na them be the real enemy of themselves but everyone blames the government when things go wrong,  I wonder how Nigerians have become so Hartless to the point that they don't pity their fellow citizens,  and then take advantage of the slightest opportunities to extort others just like this situation with the cash shortage,  many Pos and banks have a lot of cash starched but since there was rumour of deadline which have already been extended by the president but Nigerians have already taken advantage to handle naira since they have the intention to sell it back to their fellow country people who need to use this cash to sustain throughout this festive period.

I don't know why, some Nigerians are this wicked and for as long as we haven't seen or read CBN orders on the usage of old naira notes why then are individuals building up the tension just to fulfil their own individual desires.

Omo no be lie you talk ooo, this cash scarcity matter don dey tie rapper small small. Initially I been no really believe am when I hear about the matter because everything dey alright for my side. Even till now, POS till dey collect their normal charge and bank still dey load ATM because I dey see people dey queue up for ATM stand. Last week, I bin go illoabuchi, for ph go run one or two. I been need cash, the 3 POS wey I check out tell me say no cash, na the 4th one come get cash and wan charge me N150 for 5k, na their e come dawn on me say this shit is real.

What a country!
At the point In time. Where there is rush hours. Christians are trying to enjoy there season. If it's not fuel scarcity! Naira Scarcity... Nigeria really has failed

The funny thing be say that time when money go back to the normal 100 naira for 5k everybody insult pos people use them de create one skit or another but see now an, table don turn again to their favour and cashing out go loud wetin no good.

 I look this thread and I say make I bring am up again as nah matta wey dey affect every naija individual wey dey deal with cash and de mata tire me unto say slowly e wan come become trend. Every December, naira go scarce. This now no be only for foodstuffs again oh, now money don follow and I wonder how we see this one. Wetin go fit stop this nonsense from becoming a norm? Last time out, our Govt say nah because them wan do naira redesign nai make money scarce and we come dey buy money? Wetin be the excuse for this one?

 Just to ask; the increase in withdrawal of money from POS don reach your area or nah only me this tin dey affect?

Now self ehhhn the rate done high oo, becos like this na 2k dem dey carry withdraw 5k, that's 10k na 4k, 20k na 8k unless them do small discount for you,  make we see if after presidential election on Saturday things go still dey tight like this, I dey sure e go loosen a little bit until after governorship elections then if e no go back to normal we know say that one done enter another level.

It is not an easy time, it would have been difficult to ever imagine a situation like this happening, but we have experienced almost everything under this Buhari led APC government. I know everyone's area is not like mine, but around me, almost everyone has adjusted to receiving payment via bank transfer. The only thing I need money for right now is for regular transportation and movement about which I get by either just withdrawing 1000 naira when I see it, and always sending Extra like 100naira - 500naira for vendors who accept transfer to give me change because the slightest cash you have this period can really make the difference.

This one bad o.. at least here for ughelli na still 20% and some banks they use style open too,  e never each that stage of sharing 50/50 but this whole situation no just good at all .

What about people wey no too get money now how dem go do, to collect the small money wey dem get for bank now na 50/50, God abeg oo, make people no go steal o bcOs hunger dey dey land o, serious hunger dey like this wey fit give person instant ulcer.

OP you dey shout…9k for 30k dey very cheap. For Agbor right now, we dey pay 5k to collect 10k. Banks nor dey gree open again since the protest happen last week, and to make an worse them nor dey load better money for the ATMs. POS vendors and fuel stations dey take major advantage of the situation take dey exploit their fellow man. POS go buy money from fuel stations and bank managers, them go come sell am high for person. This naira trading pass crypto and forex put together.

Whahala,things are really getting out of hand ,if I have like 1k in my account POS will charge 500 ,so what will others now eat or manage themselves in this country ,I saw a video on WhatsApp someone posted that many people no get joy ,a man got himself naked and crying in the bank to get his money ,other people are out there suffering,youths are making protest and some dying at the process,this system is very hard ,fear nai dea hold some people ,if na 500 be ur last money for account na still 250 you go carry withdraw, what if na 250 be the last money ?? POS attendants should also reason with others too

These whole selling of naira note wey dey put suffering for people lives was caused by the banks. The stupid bankers that we put in charge of our money sold out all the new cash CBN gave to them to politicians and POS merchants, because of greed and wickedness from the highest order. They derive joy so see people suffering, now that the banks don't have possession of cash anymore,the market women and traders wey we dey buy things from with cash,wey be say we dey pity for them, na dem now dey go sell the cash wey dem make from their daily sales to POS operators so that make them gain more money and suffer the common man like them. For Nigeria poor and rich get wicked mind,them prefer make only them get money and make their fellow brothers dey suffer. This na manipulation from the highest order. Still all the illegal gain no go still change their lives to the next level

This men no supposed dey office again, everyday na another wahala, Governor of Kano done tell em state people to continue to they use the old naira notes, now self even the 100 and 200 notes we no dey see am, politicians done buy all the money and come dey make people dey suffer unnecessarily, even market women dem confuse as them no know how to sell there market again, now if u carry that old notes buy something no change for you, as them go high the price of the goods as to make one or two extra gain,

Exactly as u talk am na so e be. I get person wey de do POS business, him self na bribe him they give to get money wey him go they give people, and even with that no be any time him they see the money for the bank self.
Although we they do ourselves too because the charges wey those POS guys they charge too much for an average Nigerian wey they hustle wetting him go chop for house with him family. Guy 50/50 Omo na die o, this POS guys no get chills o, 50/50 for your own money again, Omo the country done cast , today see queue wey line up for 200 naira notes and 100naira notes laugh wan kill me, but the truth of the matter be say hardship dey everywhere because of this naira notes, you go get money you no fit spend, for Benin I hear say CBN enter market they give POS agents money and the rate na 100naira for every 5k. That one goes well and daily everybody get limit for withdrawal,  other governments gats follow waiting Benin government do in other circulate cash everywhere. And Stop this outrageous charges we dey face up and down.

This POS charges much for us but to m, it is not their fault, because some of them do buy the money from business men and women, so for their money to come out and they will still make their own gain inside, that is how that one be.

I swear bro, the shoe they pain us wella but the issue be say we no go fit commot the shoe, the government no dey even talk anything concerning the recent happenings, their own na just to win the election, them no get the interest of the poor masses at heart, Omo every day things dey become worse as the days they pass, but we naija we strong o, we dey survive any situation, even it's gets worse we still survive, we no dey carry last and na waiting they really help us, because no matter how the situation harsh we go still scale through.

For some of them na their only hustle be this dem nor get any other option, some of them nor get who to depend on, for some of the POS business na where dem dey see their daily bread. Since the whole thing start, some of them dey risk their lives every day dey comot for house by 3am, 4am just to go bank to ensure say dem dey front queue to see money collect. When dem reach there, e go take them almost 8hrs before them fit collect money. Now sef na only 5k people fit collect from ATM for my side. How these POS merchants go take see money chop? I just hope say e go better one day all these nonsense go stop.

This is not different from the truth. The outrageous charges from POS SERVICE is something too worrisome. They charge. #100 like as if that is their last transaction they would do on earth. I no really blame this POS agents because most times I dey see the kind shit tem dey go through just to make small money dey available for us to use and for that alone Dem dey try aswear and some of them dey even sleep for ATM just to meet up with cash but Abeh make them also reduce the price Abeg no be we do am.

I think the government should be the right ones we should declare war on and I think this is another great farewell message to is by the presidency.

Omo me I done stop to do POS, na transfer I dey run now, I go just go the shop if you get waitin I wan buy I go ask you if you dey do transfer of you say no I goy way if you say yes I do the transfer, if waitin I buy na like 4300 I go transfer you 5k then you go give me the remaining 700 naira for hand make I carry see front I no fit shout o, this POS and there charges wan kill person come belike say na only charges person the withdraw.

This na real matter o, serious one way dey worry the whole nation as e be now and some Nigerians dey react crazily about the whole thing. E con be like say, na the first time way dem dey change money for this nation. The last time dem change money no get the kind effect way we dey get now and I wonder watin change.

I hear for news yesterday say Efcc don go carry one bank manager with over #22m in raw cash of the new notes. The charge really high pass normal, for our end here the highest them they charge nah 2h for each 1k which no be everybody self they charge so, if u Waka for like 1-3 people you fit see who go take the least 150 for each 1k which that you 30k for be like 4.5k for the fee .
But this 9k way them wan charge you nah 3h per 1k..
Sometimes I no they too blame this POS people because nah Buy most of them they buy money to carry do business.

I experienced the same thing the last time I went back home from school. I go POS make I withdraw small cash make I for hold make eh nor be like say I nor just get anything for hand at all at all nai I enter POS shop. After she press wetin she wan press finish for her machine I input my pin only for the machine to show declined and still yet I receive debit alert for my phone. The lady say even if heaven come down she nor dey give me shishi until I go bank go print statement of account come show her. And even the bank queue when dey too long nai make me just die the matter like that.
But for my school environment we still dey manage for there Sha at least those ones the accept transfer for anything when you purchase so the issue of no cash nor really they affect us there. Nah only if we wan buy things when the price nor too high nai we dey use cash for.

Since dis craziness started I never withdraw from any POS, I just dey lucky to have buy plenty food for house wey fit carry me reach 6 months, if this nonsense reach 6 months I don enter am be that.

I dey tell you this POS guys no get chills, just to withdraw money you go end up spending almost half the money you wan withdraw, and all of them enter agreement as the same dey applicable everywhere, now for my area ATM machines no dey dispense money, bank sell money to this pos guys , I been wan do POS some days ago the woman was so in  a hurry just because they call am say where she dey buy money the cash done dey available say make she come collect she was so rude about it, and I was like who are those selling this Money, now to withdraw na man know man, it's frustrating man.

 This matter don serious pass wetin I expect oh, where I start to see reality na yesterday night when I transfer small 1k to lose #200 as charge nai them debt me go show declined for the POS paper up till now I never see my moni wey come back. That same night we find where to even do 5k but my contri piple, we no see, no moni to take buy kerosine or any soup things even to refill gas self na war while the POS person say moni wey dy nai wetin him wan take survive say moni no dy. My God, I no believe say I chop food wey no done well cos no moni and night don cover to even take credit something, see as to even sleep well dy hard cos of say I chop food wey no boil well...

Okay chief... The issue just dey get tougher and worse everyday, my guy tell me say him babe collect 50k and dem charge her 10k for this same ph so e almost close to wetin you yan. Today dem charge me 1k for 10k withdrawal wey I make and the cash no even dey, I gats waka like 7- 8 places before I see cash. The way this cash scarsity dey go we go just revert to trade by barter make we no say we dey go back to stone age.

Dem dey overdo am and everybody just wan cash out on the hype before everything dies down. I believe this scarcity no go last but make dem dey enjoy am while e dey on oh because na only God go judge this wickedness. I understand say Naira scarce and queue for banks long and to get Naira to run their pos business no dey but why dem go wicked their follow human being just because of that reason.

Sha to avoid all this wahala, just carry yourself go bank very early so you fit withdraw money keep for hand as if you come anything more than 7-8 AM, before you fit comot bank go be by mid afternoon oh. Also try making use of the cashless policy wey the government dey try reinforce as e goes well. This days na only 5k I dey withdraw while I dey use app dey run transfer for any other businesses of the day.

The only sad thing be say, bank wahala dun carry their own come. Every bank apps dun dey misbehave and na Kuda banks dey carry their own for head as if you check twitter, dem dey trend steadily due to their poor network that's causing the app to misbehave. I personally has been a victim so I understand how frustrated people are.

My dear,it is not funny at all, but sometimes it is their fault, I don't really blame them rather I blame The present government, because in a civilized country when things go wrong and the government find out that things are the way it supposed to be,they order the law enforcement agency to tackle the issues before it spread out and become the order of the day,but we are in a country whereby Those in authority are the ones who sponsors what ever happens in the country, because what do you expect a POS Man or woman who went to the bank to withdraw his money he or she will use in running his or her private business,at a time like this the same bank which he or she has been using started charging a POS Man or woman, what do we expect from that person to do when he or she comes back home, so we need serious prayer in this country oooh..

Wetin deh still surprise me be how nobody don teach any of the POS operators lesson till now. Their own don too much pass all the goofs weh Grandpa Blu Bulaba deh make. Someone should teach those operators or bank staff small lesson. But e come be like say the problem na people weh deh insist on collecting the new naira notes, why not collect the old ones and move on. At least from now till February 10th deadline na. Me na small cash I deh hold, the rest na through my bank app I deh take transact.

This one na normal situation wey we they do our selves. Nigerians they always take advantage what come their way if not how on earth person go charge you more than 20% of wetting u de withdraw?

Na we average Citizens they make things worse for ourselves, those POS guys now go they think of how them go use this opportunity to make their own bastard money instead of them to support their fellow citizens to make life easy for them as this cash policy come with hardship.

My brother I feel your pain. The mata nah somtin wey if not handled quickly, e fit cause wahala. I face dis same issue when I go withdraw for POS after banks no gree dispense cash. E no go dey enof for CBN to order the release of new naira notes to be given OTC alone, but ensure say e go round. Imagine wetin I dey hear! Bandits get more access to the new naira notes pass the masses.
 Lai dis pesin hold moni but e no fit access am, and upon that, fuel still dey cost. Which way, naija??

Na delta state ughelli and warri self call anybody around there and verify, 3hundred naira for one thousand naira, guy just ask anyone wey you know wey dey around, even if you wan use transfer or POS buy something them go request for their charge and that's very strange compare to how it was done before, them dey sell money now, even the oos people dey buy money , the money dey use for there POS business

Imagine person wey get access bank no fit access him money. No money for bank, no money for ATM, no money for POS, Buhari don give us an unforgettable parting gift.

Op, no vex ooo but I find this hard to believe because me no fit cough out this kind money give POS operator for just 30k transaction because na 10% dem dey charge for almost everywhere for my area wey be PH. Today sef I don perform 2 transactions using POS. I do 5k transaction at N400 and 6.5k at N600 and money wey dem charge me really pain me. The second person used my head, after agreeing that was going to do a transfer to him, las las the guy go call POS girl say make she collect the money, naso I come pay the charge. If to say na something wey I fit return I for just return am cuz the thing pain me.

This thing done get out of hand , na we dey make this country hard for ourselves small scarcity of naira note we done take advantage they suffer our fellow average citizens, those big men no dey suffer this scarcity we dey suffer but na same us wey supposed help each other dey make life hard for each other, I go say make I withdraw 30k and I was charged 9k how?? How did we get here? So when I remove 9k from 30k how much go come remain, things are getting from bad to worse and na the ordinary citizens they suffer am , let's not see every situation as an advantage to make money people dey hungry. You get money u no fit use am...wat a country.
