You mean Ripple going public to raise funds?
Wonder what they want to do with more funds... What did they achieve with what they raised in the past? Guess development was affected by the 2018 bear market. They should have kept part of their development fund in a stablecoin.
The stablecoin fund can always kick in once funds in deflationary coin losses alot of value/price

I have read your article, it is very good,
the question is Ripple is a private company? and whether the current situation Ripple trying to expand by making an IPO?
I see ripple development very fast in 2017, but it's a little slow in 2018 until now, but maybe that's the reason why Riplle tried an IPO.

Ripple is *currently* a private company in the United States; this blog was a scenario-oriented possibility that I was analyzing.

Yeah - your observations are consistent with the overall market IMO.

Going through the IPO will not be good for the crypto company, the ICO stage is under the development from the 2016 year. The public companies have special weight in the market while Ripple team has achieved to make a few agreements with the Western Union and small banks. The XRP price is dimnished, the traders are not simply going to consider the Ripple as they have done in the previous years. After the good news regarding the using XRP blockchain as a payment gatewat by big companies the market started to be more bullish.

It does not make much meaning to me really for ripple to start going public again the second time. Talking of public, we are the ones that are public, all these investors that you have seen that has invested in so many projects in this place that are crying out loud now are the public, and IPO, ICO, IEO are just the different means of reaching out to them, which they all have their own level of result.

If not for the scammers that has destroyed the cryptocurrency market, result from ICO is far more effective than IPO, initially, IPO was the major way of funding projects before ICO came in, and the purpose of selling shares to people is to raise fund to get the project to a standard place which I think that ripple does not lack, and moreover, going through IPO will worsen situation, because people will never pay attention to them because of the little profit involved in IPO.

Hi hodor, like a ripple fan and can you make analyzation in your next article in the future about what is the purpose of ripple to transfer 500 million ripple to its escrow wallet? it will be a very interesting topic to discuss.
if ripple goes public and where will be the position of the old crypto investor and hodlers of ripple in the future. Will they be putting in the same place as the public investors? That means the ripple will be turner as real security coin / stock, right?
