All miners that use cgminer already have the % built in from the start.

Be wary of wasting power when you 'think' the miner isn't running.
Many miners wont 'stop' as such unless you turn them off.

Yes, in Braiins OS+ using scheduled tasks, change either power limit or stop / start mining.

Hello:

I am new to cryptocurrency mining. I have purchased a couple of ASICS for bitcoin minning BTC, and Im looking for a way to configure them via software to do the following (if possible):
1.- That it can be turned on and off according to a schedule from Monday to Sunday (for example, from Monday to Friday it turns on from 8:00 a.m. to 1:00 p.m. and then from 4:00 p.m. to 8:00 p.m., and on Saturday and Sunday it is on all day)
2.- That I can configure the percentage of Th/s that the ASICs use, that is, for example, that the ASICs work at 20% instead of 100%.
