Just writing some code
But if it got implemented, what do you think? All automatic or the user needs to do something? Maybe transferring all bitcoins to one address, like segwit?
It would require a new address and scripting scheme, similar to segwit. So using it would require transferring all coins to a new address.

Schnorr signatures (which includes signature aggregation and batch validation) in Bitcoin are actively being researched. There are no proposals or implementations for use in Bitcoin yet.
