The 'USA ONLY' part is useless. Anyone has access to this information especially people who have contacts in the USA. You could probably find all of that information online.
I'm just going to answer them in a short manner:
1. Some do, some don't.
2. Check Google.
3. Google.
4. Yes.
5. I doubt that one could declare a single one the best. There is some sort of high school ranking system.
6. Most schools have asians as well.
7. There are a few subjects that you must take, and the others you get to pick (from what I've been told).
8. Stop watching porn.
9. Yes.
10. Adviser?
11. Algebra being a core part of math, is persistent everywhere. You can not run away from it.
