I remember Stanley Baxter had a show where he used Scots dialect then translated it into,posh,English.

It would be really fun to make the phonological rules to map the "standard" orthography of english into your spelling system which you call scottish. For example:
"n->d in word final position"
"th->f in word initial position"
"I -> a"
"ai -> a"
etc
I guess I'm pointing out that english orthography doesn't really give you a good basis for doing phonetic writing, which is what you seem to want to do. If you did it in IPA then I could read you loud and clear without relying on assumptions about "standard" english.

I keep gitin telt tae speak english, an 'em dain the tellin only ken english, wit dae ye think, is it no aboot time we had oor own thread? Then I thoat, why no see the rest o the wurld speak scottish.. go on, have a laf, lemme see ye write in scots.. Go on, spell anyfin in anyway as lang is it can be read and understood by maist..?
Fun spelling. Do you know about IPA or APA or other phonetic alphabets? (http://en.wikipedia.org/wiki/International_Phonetic_Alphabet)
The thing is that ad-hoc transcription systems like this rely on some shared assumptions about how to map the symbols on to phonetic realizations. If you use a standard phonetic alphabet then anyone can "listen" to your scottish banter just by reading
