I dont know if Asus have released an updated bios but that really helped my 6950 maintain temps and reduce flickering..

Might be worth a look

Same here with HIS 7770. No problem in any game etc

Change from Windows Aero to Windows Basic will fix it.

Reinstalled the drivers from Asus site this time, haven't seen any flickering yet but my mouse pointer acts funny by turning into a comb..."Funny" thing is that this happend on my old ATI card when I played HoN a couple of years ago.

it sounds like it might be a funny driver (dont forget the reason ATI cards are cheaper is because theres alot less people on driver development) you could wait until a new driver comes out in about a month or so or try uninstalling then reinstalling the same driver or even a slightly older driver

i guess it could be a bad driver might be worth trying to reinstall the drivers, if your mining litecoin it wouldn't surprise me litecoin can come up with some weird effects. i dont know if yourve over clocked the card or not but you could also try setting it back to default or maybe slightly under default see if it makes a diffrence

looking at the video again (5 seconds is very hard to go trouble shooting on) it might be the mining is using that much of your GPU that its having a hard time refreshing the screen quick enough

does it go as soon as you stop mining?
It works perfectly fine when I stop mining. I am running 4 copies of Diablo III at the same time.
The card is clocked a bit but nothing extreme - the driver should be fine as I used ATI's auto download driver software (whatever it's called).

EDIT: I am mining BC not LC.

your cards starting to go bad.... probably been over heating or the ram on the cards failing
It's brand new, used it for 2 days only. It has 2 fans and I've never seen the temperature over 80.
