I`m using that one for mining nf16 leocoin but in windows.
Yes, I found the windows version. My issue has been that I have about 20x the cores running Linux than I do windows.
Problem is that Windows is just not profitable to run on due to the costs, where Linux is free.
However, I did locate a version of cpuminer which supports just about everything:

This minerd software is not showing ScryptJaneNf16 as an available option:

Options:

                          scrypt    scrypt(1024, 1, 1) (default)
                          scrypt:N  scrypt(N, 1, 1)
                          sha256d   SHA-256d

Yes, my mistake, my version is cpuminer-2.4.0. I'm pretty sure it's from here:  https://github.com/milancoin-project/cpuminer

Does anyone know of a ScryptJaneNf16 cpu miner for Linux?
I have several large Linux servers in a datacenter with plenty of idle time I could put to use.

try to have a look in epsylon3 thread or distribution
