There are slight issues with depositing system as well as bonuses and how they need a rollover not necessarily working, but other than that the website is doing an excellent work, I tried several withdraws and they had the fees so maybe that was a bug in the sending program in your case? LTC confirms most of the time anyway unlike BTC.

Withdraws via BTC add the fee fine.  It's a litecoin issue.   The older client would let you send without a fee.  I was thinking they fixed whatever was causing deposits not to show up and later last night I deposited some LTC and it didn't show up again and I felt like a moron for even attempting it.

Yes you are a moron! To be honest here, you are.

You already said this was a scam site and now you still try to deposit something into it, further digging your own hole in this scam site. The very name is a scam. They are trying to imitate one of the most renowned gambling sites in the cryptocurrency industry. That's already a red flag right there.

There are coming multiple complaints about cyptogames.io in recent days. Before this matter gets resolved it is advisable to stay away from depositing bitoins in the website. This may be just an error but it is good to be safe than sorry. If you have your bitcoins stuck on website, the best you can do is contace support.

Goodbye, Z.
I thought they are connected to crypto-games.net in a way, but if they are not then it's defifnitely a red flag.
No.

Crypto-games.net and cryptogames.io are two different sites which are operated by completely different administrators, the former one being here for a very long time. They are no way affiliated with each other.
Just want to confirm that we, Crypto-Games.net (founded in 2014) have nothing in common with cryptogames.io (founded in 2015). Still I hope OP get his coins back.
Crypto-Games.net got no connection whatsoever with cryptogames.io

On the other hand, the OP was edited with:

*EDIT*.  They put the funds in my account today.   It had a .5 LTC bonus on it and it wouldn't let me withdraw but I played anyway and withdrew what was owed plus .35 LTC so it worked out OK.

So it looks like they are not scammers.

Guess what?  Someone replied to my cryptogames.io email.   Waiting for my missing funds and then I'll fill in the details.

Such a good news! I'm glad for you, OP. Hopefully you'll have your missing funds back and the good name of cryptogames.io will be restored. First thing came to my mind while reading the OP was that the owners were on a big holiday or something. Glad they are back.  Smiley

Yes I too had heard the news of admins on a vacation or something and I think they're back now and your missing funds will get back to you for sure. Cryptogames is one of the good sites and have got my payment from them many times.
i love this, not judging any site by their crash or maintaince for a while,i know cryptogames.io have a good reputation, and also its been long time they have good signature campaign here, and now i dont know they are stop, but i think they are not scam and not try to be,yes i think they only got some vacation or relax from take their site.

Are you sure they have signature campaign and they have good reputation?
Some vacation? Do you think an owner of gambling site will have some vacation for years?
I bet you are not talking about cryptogames.io but you are talking about crypto-games.net which is a reputable site with their long live signature campaign because afaik there was no sign campaign for cryptogames.io

Its obvious that cryptogames was planning to steal crypto-games.net customers and trying to hijack traffic as you can seen in rankings in google its a number 2 or top 2 to the real site.. that actually can affect the real website.. this is another way of marketing if you want to hijack the traffic since the brand name or domain name is little the same of the fake site..
So hope that google can remove that site in rankings or taking down that site in rankings because it can affect a lot the reputation of real site..

How can they hijack them? This is really annoying when they can be hijacked. And I think crypto-games.net sites is very unique, so how can they even possibly using almost exactly the same name as their domain? This does not add up, moreover people usually are really sensitive about their domain name so people will usually remember the right domain name in case this thing happens
Simply take a look at the Google search results and simply type this keyword "crypto games" you can see the rankings is in the top 2 next to the real cryptogames the fake one is stealing easy traffic from the competitors traffic which is crypto-games.net.
Cryptogames.io is fake one and crypto-games.net is the real one.
The people who are searching and use crypto games as keyword in google they will be confused to choose what is the real site since other people don't know what is the exact domain name of the site.
They should be always aware about the domain name.. that is why there are other people are complaining that crypto games is scam but they didn't know that there are 2 crypto games domain name.. if the cryptogames.io is scammer the real crypto games will be affected..

I'm going to post the email word for word because it is the only contact I've had from them in a year at least.  It is a reply to a message I sent on 05/16/2017 about litecoin withdraws sending without a miner fee (which I found a way to solve myself by talking to a litecoin mining pool operator and having him include the TXids every time I would withdraw winnings)  My most recent issue is the fact that two deposits I made never even show up on the site in the history anywhere.    Anyway,

"Hello,

cryptogames.io currently have no operator however no one intended to stole anyone money.

Recently we've noticed that we have lot's of stuck transactions both for deposit and withdrawal and the issue has been resolved yesterday evening.

Hopefully all pending transactions  are processed by now and money is safely landed in a wallet.

FYI: The game will be sold in the nearest future to 3rd party.

Our deepest apologies for the inconvenience and stress we've caused.

Kind Regards"

Which was not my issue at all right now.  I explained in detail what happened and what is missing but no reply at all.  The part bat pisses me off the most is that H know the coins are just sitting in the site wallet and they could give them back to me as easy as sending what I sent originally but that seems to take too much effort.

That's not good. Are they present on this forum? Or do they maybe read what is posted related to them at least?

I still hope your issue will be resolved in your favor. Good luck!

Waiting for the update.

Reaction of DuckDice in their topic:

Hey guys,

regarding dicecoin and cryptogames, we were surprised to found out that alleged owner of dicecoin has added a referral link to DuckDice. Whatever the motivation was this account shows no activity whatsoever, the only session log was made on the date of account creation and so we are on the same page with you in our investigation.

We are eager to keep DuckDice name clean and don't want to associate our game with any questionable projects, so in any case where DuckDice assistance may be possible, please contact us directly.

I think this is the effect of this thread  Grin Someone from crytogames might be monitoring this forum without saying any words. Do you think you will get your missing funds? I doubt on that...anyway good luck

Yeah, I feel like I was onto something with the information I was gathering.  Still haven't heard back after I replied to them though.

It is definitely because of this thread mate.!!
I have been watching this thread for days now and was just wondering why a trusted site does something like this, putting their reputation on the line. I think your problem will be resolved soon.

Good to hear that, hope you'll get your money back soon. Just curious why they still replying your email but they do not active anymore in this forum. How many days you neef to wait for the reply? Even though you get your money back but it is still not recommended to deposit IMO, as their support is too slow. Better to avoid rather than to risk our money.

Never a shady moment with duckdice except the crash they had earlier this year. But as far as I know they have paid every penny of users.
but,
I'd like to see a response from the duckdice team though.

Tested (from usa):

It's a referral link, but not sure why would they redirect to them. It's indeed a possibility that cryptogames.io = duckdice.io = dicecoin.io

Ok I think now there is nothing to worry about duckdice, its not direct link to duckdice so dicecoin owner might have added ref link to duckdice to earn affiliate commision because duckdice is one of the dice site paying high affiliate commission.

I will keep playing on Duckdice.

Totally Agree with @1982dre.

Yesterday I have made another withdrawal of 12433 doge without a problem. I request not to accuse good sites. Lets us support good sites always.

Thank you

proof of my yesterday's withdrawal.

Duckdice.io is fine and pays out great.    I see your message where you notify the owner of duckdice to let them know of my accusations.  I have tried to get it touch with them in private multiple times prior to posting here and they have decided not to respond.   Play where you enjoying playing.  That is what I recommend.  Just keep in mind that you are playing at a site where the owner has intentionally tried their best to obscure their real location, real name and anything that makes them a sold, identifiable person.   Why would someone do that?

Dicecoin.io redirects to duckdice.io for certain when I go there.  It's because I'm going to it from a US IP and if I use a VPN I can actually get to dicecoin.io.  Cryptogames.io also blocks USA users although that was a later in the history of the site when they started doing that.
USA is blocked by many dice sites but are you sure dicecoin redirects to duckdice if we visit from US IP? This sound quite serious now, if all three of this sites are connected than duckdice might also loss all the reputation they have earned so far. I have also played there and really like the user interface and support duckdice have.  Angry

Yes.  I'm 100% it redirects to duckdice. I have ever actually seen the dicecoin.io page until you mentioned it not redirecting for you.

if it is a referral link, then it makes no real sense
also just tested it from my country (not US) dicecoin loads as it is supposed to
so this redirect is most likely to cut the US customers, many sites are doing this to avoid legal actions or problems in the future
imho there is no connection between dicecoin and duckdice, looks like totally different concept and developpers were not the same

Well it makes sense that it's a referral link. Probably the owners of cryptogames still want to earn something if the users from the USA and uses duckdice for it.

Would there be also that much rumour when they used Primedice for it?? They just picked a new dicesite because the chance is bigger that the user doesn't got an account there.

Cryptogames.io and duckdice.io are so obviously built by the same group of people.  Even if they aren't the same exact person they are close enough in degrees that I have no doubt that duckdice knows who is leaving cryptogames.io up to steal the money from anyone that deposits there.
[/quote]

it is not obvious to me,on the contrary I would love some information or proofs of that, because there are none at the moment
it was the first occurrence of cryptogames.io trying to "steal" the money, cause there are no open scam accusations against them
and why duckdice, why not yolodice or kingdice or any other dice site? just based on the same domain registrar? or the affiliate link redirect? I can set that on my site to ANY and it makes no sense if I'm the owner of duckdice and wanted to hide it,to make it sooo obvious
I think cryptogames did try to hijack cryptogames traffic, but there are two sides of the medal:you do get some traffic leftovers
BUT you will never be able to build your brand, you will always be "the site that sounds like crypto-games"

You should be careful when performing a bitcoin transaction. The bitcoins system is very secure and cannot be broken to steel your bitcoins but outside the system there can be some people who try to cheat on you. So before depositing bitcoins to other websites you should be sure that website is authentic.

This site was legit until it wasn't.   The same could happen to any site you play at.   Primedice could decide to stop everything one day and keep it all.    I'm not out any cash overall.   I'm missing about $30 in LTC from the last two times I tried to deposit.  The only reason I kept playing there is because I felt like I could win easier there than at another site.  At this point I really want to know the scoop just because.

...also I found a person/contact [email protected] and it looks like her name is Julia Brown and she lived in the UK.   Not sure how true that actually is though.

This sound quite serious now, if all three of this sites are connected than duckdice might also loss all the reputation they have earned so far. I have also played there and really like the user interface and support duckdice have.  Angry

I thought that the site has died already last year when there was no more updates here on their official thread. Anyway, why you did still play on this site while they have no active representatives on this forum?
Afaik it is owned by same person who manage dicecoin.io , and surprisingly the rep of dicecoin.io is also not active anymore here (last active almost at the same time time with the rep of cryptogames.io).
By the way, hope you did not make a big deposit there as I think there is no ways for you to get your money back.

I didn't see this post earlier but I am seeing dicecoin.io cryptogames.io and duckdice.io all owned by the same person.  When you go to dicecoin.io it redirects to duckdice.io now as well.  I ended up finding an old registrar page that listed an Edward jelly as the owner at one point (which also goes back to cryptogames.io).  So with your info and what I found independently in seems like it would be fair to go to duckdice for support or compensation on lost deposits.

I dont think duckdice.io is owned by same person who own cryptogames and dicecoin.io. I just tried to open dicecoin.io but it does not direct me to duckdice. So I guess asking duckdice.io will not give you anything regarding your issue.

Do not deposit at cryptogames.io

Doge and Litecoin deposits do not appear on your account.  There is no indication on the site itself that a deposit was made (the transaction shows up on the blockchain fine of course)

The owner/support for the site is no where to be found.  No replies to emails, Twitter, Facebook and they haven't been on bitcointalk in a year.  Maybe they are dead.

Good that you warned everyone. I may have been a victim.

So cryptogames.io is an actual site?
I thought it was a phishing link so to steal people's login id so to be able to steal their account balances on the legit site crypto-games.net.

All very confused in this so far. Undecided

It was good at that time and I don't know how it's going now as they are inactive in their official thread in bitcointalk.org
I often gamble on well established sites like crypto-games that is why I do not know much about cryptogames.io . I only play on those sites whch have spend some good time on this forum and the members of this forum have positive reviews about that at all. I think that is the good strategy to remain away from scammers.

Both of these sites has different admin I guess and even differeny development too. This is not matter of you know it or not but it is more likely you want to promote their site here from what I catched from your writing here. From the past cryptogames.io is pretty well known site but they turn out to scam people

I'm pretty sure he was just talking about the website's name, which is the same as crypto-games.net and yes it is pretty misleading.
I'm guessing they just wanted some of the success of Crypto-Games.net, which was the first one to use that name.
They claimed ignorance, although it's not very hard googling your name before you set up a domain.
Especially if you want to establish a brand, that should be common sense.
Yeah, I would even go as far to avoid such sites from the start, since you can almost be sure that they aren't serious about their brand.
I just hope that no-one ever goes to that website thinking it's from the same owners as Crypto-games.net.

The do this on purpose. They great their site to have the same name as another site that is popular so they will come up in Google searches more often. It's s very low down and dirty thing to do and just shows how far they willing to go. You should notice they share s name with s reputable casino and not used them. But it's ok we all make mistakes. Scammers like that just wait and prey on those mistakes.

Just want to confirm that we, Crypto-Games.net (founded in 2014) have nothing in common with cryptogames.io (founded in 2015). Still I hope OP get his coins back.

It was a clear attempt to defraud people using that name. There is no better reason they have to use that name for their site and using a .io domain. Usually, .io are mostly linked to scams, though there are some that are legit, but a lot of scammers love to use this domains.
Yes must be a clear attempt to defraud from the word go else they would have settled for own unique name instead of riding behind the wings of an already established one. Before depositing in a new or any site one isn't conversant with, it is instructive to carry out due diligence and get the review of other people who might have used or tested the site, because scams abound on the internet.

These are tricks scammers use to steal money from players. Some people use an even same theme of the main site so that people confuse and deposit money. We should be very careful before depositing money into any of these gambling sites. That's why I usually go to only trusted websites to gamble and mostly never take a risk in playing on any new gambling site.

There are many cheap rip off sites which try to make money by using other brand's name. Most of these sites will just stay active for some days and then just take our money and never reply. Lots of allegations on this site and it seems to be dead from months. Only play in recommended and ranked sites.

I have never played there but I know they exist for quite some time. I think you guys can wait for 1 week maximum for official announcement or response from them. If not you can open scam accusation against them with all the proofs you have. Couldn't find any updates on their ANN thread and OP of that thread is not active for a year https://bitcointalksearch.org/user/cryptogames-507814  Shocked

No need to wait for that long, I doubt OP will get a reply from them as they are not active anywhere (here, social media, etc) But hope OP may get an answer from email support (if any and if they are still active managing the site). Otherwise, their rep deserves to be red tagged so no more people being scammed. Actually it was a nice site when they start, but lack of communications and lack of promotions made people forget about it already.

These sites are really funny and I don't honestly like them. Gambling is anyway risky stuff. When they run out of business they will do such things for sure. Gambling is based on users investment as they have no other source of income to sustain in the market the business runs completely with fiat money that is being put in bets. They usually have high odds of gaining profits. But still they will rob you because they become greedy over the time and become dead.

I was playing there because I can win there.

DEPOSITS: 8.74362838 LTC
WITHDRAWALS: -21.12559091 LTC

Even with the litecoins getting sent out with no fee when you withdraw still made it worth it.  I actually found someone that runs a large litecoin mining pool and they would include my withdraw just because they are nice.  I guess I can continue to play there with BTC until that wallet is exhausted as well.

Oh yeah, way back when the site first came out I reported  to the owner that the free spins on the 20 line slots (both of them) still take away the cost per spin while free spinning.   They denied it and I was winning enough to not press the issue but it still takes the cost of a spin for each free aok even to this day

....which is funny because I thought the same thing was happening in playbitcoingames less than a month ago.  At least they fixed their issue after it was brought to their attention.
