I cannot say for sure that that is the account, at most i can say it is a well educated guess, if i had some time I would find the username of the other account

it is just rubbish and waste of my time to comment in his thread as i think he does not have any accounts and just stating he has accounts. i have bought many accounts and i never had any issue, looks like maybe a scam route to me, i would recommend others to use escrow and get signed messages from old posted addresses if you buy accounts from him as his tactics look doubtful as i have met several people who did similar things and tried to pull a scam.

member & lower accounts: "activity * 0.75 mbtc" (if there's potential activity it can go up to 0.9 mbtc )
for example: 98 activity Member account: 73,5 mbtc.
full member: "activity * 0.9 mbtc"
for example: 140 activity F m acc: 126 mbtc
sr member: "activity * 1.1 mbtc".
hero: ask for price.

Ps: those are just examples, before making any deal ask for price & availability.
