If you have your own domain then you can try pepipost.
Other than that you can try Sendinblue or Sendpulse. They even have a forever free tier which gives you around 2500 subscriber's limit. Try them, I recently launched my campaign with Sendinblue. But then I switched to Wix as they provided a free email marketing service along with my premium plans.
