We are currently in the middle of a project for a new cryptocurrency based on POS using the scrypt algo. We are looking for someone that can fork an existing POS open source project and do a few changes. We also require a few wallets, and a block explorer. I think you will have better luck finding a dev there. And as far as prices go, I don't think they come cheap.
