Beware of people offering to help that do not have experience. This is an area full of scammers. I recommend learning to do it yourself and finding an assistant you trust to do the grunt work.

Are you having discord groups? Discord is also very popular for new coins to start out, i have (admined?) more than 3 servers and 2 of them had more than 1000 members

Certainly can be an excellent admin/moderator. - I was a paid full time mod for Image Protect, Genesis, Carbon Chain, etc.
20 years Jounalist, UK Degree, Network Manager (previously at a local school) and CEO/Founder of Gledit.co.uk Cryptocurrency Journalism Solutions. 5 staff. etc.
Would enjoy (only been crypto full time for 7 months now) the opportunity and could help in other areas.

We are developing a new project which is first of it´s kind and very exciting. The project is already 90% finished and now the time has come for us to start marketing this awesome project.
We are searching for an hardworking and productive individual to help us out with getting the project out to the masses, preferable with experience in internet marketing. If you or someone you know would be interested in this we would love to hear from you.
Eventually we will also be in need for individuals to admin our Telegram groups. We will start Telegram groups in English, Russian, Korean and Chinese. Anybody who is interested we would love to hear from.
We have a budget for salary and also a rewarding bounty program.
