They're not active so far, only few of them are posting to their nft section to discuss it. Because I checked them too to find out and that's what I had discovered. Anyway thanks for this topic thread section to brought it here so that we could know what are those NFT forum platform where we can highly tackle properly.

but the OP can see in the forum some NFT tokens because in the bitcointalk forum there is no special mft board except in other media such as telegram and the web which specifically discuss about NFT already running and the future

I don't find any other forum with active discussion except this forum and https://www.reddit.com/r/nft/ you could consider to join any nft marketplaces telegram and discord but most of them only update unique art only.

I can recommend you some but it seems like that opensea social group was the best one for you to get information specialized in NFT. All of topics will be related to the NFT and it has very big community members too.
