Exactly, nowadays most of the people make the use of ERC20 wallet instead of hardware wallets. But as per the time, they will know the value of the hardware wallet.

I would rather to use Metamask , which I don't have to write my seeds to fall into phishing , There is another wallet called blue which is very similar to metamask but it has a token on coinmarketcap also .

I don't familiar much with the ICOs payment wallets but there are lot of multi supported crypto wallets are available for the people to use, so you may also use them for storing your cryptos made from the ICO investors or just use the official wallets for each coins you are going to accept.
