I do not have much knowledge about goldmoney but I think for that we have to connect our bank account to your goldmoney account or will need verification with that account. Am I right? With that please explain that which countries are allowed for that service is that allowed for worldwide?
Bank accounts is one way to really expose yourself. I am sure if op can make payoneer account and be able to verify it then I don't see why he can't just open the bank account himself since the right details is what is needed in both cases. However, in thus case, one needs to be careful even at this time that bitcoin exchange site are even wanting to know a lot more details about you, not to talk of banks.

- I remember there are people selling verified bank accounts along with pre-loaded debit cards. But need to be very careful on choosing them

Open an account with payoneer and verify yourself. They will get you 2 general checking accounts from USA and UK. You have not mentioned about from which country you are from. Still, payoneer supports 160+ countries. Hope it will work for you too.
I think that the Op is asking someone with a Bank account because he is not have any or he can't verify to get one.
Another possibility is that Op wants to receive the money in BTC and as far as i remember, Payoneer don't have this option...
