Your transaction is not confirmed. You have to wait until its confirmed and it sounds like they would process it then.

The transaction fee is too low or is suspected of double-spending will bet after 1 confirmation.
but wallet that have unconfirmed transaction from our site will be traded normally.
If after 1 confirmation the transaction did not even bet, the bet amount will be refunded.
