Just create a thread in Reputation or perhaps Services.
Over the long period of my membership on Bitcointalk I have done a lot work for projects (programming, translations, thread design, ...).
I would like to summarize all the work in one thread, like a reference thread where clients have also the opportunity to assess and evaluate my work.
So, is there a section where I am allowed to create a reference thread? Similar to the "Trading and Speculation" section where reputation threads exist.

Amongst the existing boards, you could present it in services (along with the list of the skill sets you offer).
If the volume of your projects is significant, you could even present it in Service Discussions.
