You could try privnote.com, which is very good and secure as well. Once the sent messages are read, the messages will be automatically deleted. No one can find it again.

Thanks, it is the first time that I read about secure mail services like tutanota or protonmail. I thought that every mail service is unsecure or accessible by authorities in some way.

just use more secure mail services like tutanota.de or protonmail.com and PGP.

the only downside is that you mails can be seized by governments / your account can be shut down.

PGP isn't a messaging system, it is a cryptography software. It's for encryption and message signing, not sending messages.

I think you might also be looking for ICQ and pidgin.
