Wallets are encrypted itself and with truecrypt, but if this is not secure method then where is weak point?

Wallet.dat is on offline netbook 100% clean and I send altcoins to this wallet adress.

Online PC has diffrent wallet.dat

When I copy wallet.dat from Netbook to PC,I send transaction and immediately send rest altcoins to new adress from new wallet.dat on offline netbook.

In theory, where is security hole ?

This is my question about safe storage.

1)I have offline netbook with some altcoin wallet and online PC with same wallet.

2)I buy on exchange altcoin and send to the adress on netbook.

3)I copy wallet.dat on netbook to pendrive and paste to PC wallet

4)I create new wallet.dat on netbook

5)I use PC wallet to sell half altcoins on exchange and send other half to the new adress on netbook wallet

Is this method is possible and 100% secure ?

Thanks for answer

It's not 100% secure. Have you encrypted your wallets? Are you sure your PC is clean?
